【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),企業(yè)面對的市場和經(jīng)營環(huán)境正在發(fā)生著根本性的變化,物流取代生產(chǎn)和銷售成為制約企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。制造企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)是一個動態(tài)的復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展,物流系統(tǒng)也需要不斷優(yōu)化。本文以解決FWS公司物流現(xiàn)狀所存在的問題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以制定新項(xiàng)目物流規(guī)劃方案為基本目標(biāo),在收集規(guī)劃方案的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用物流方案優(yōu)化的原理與方法,制定出可供選擇的方案,通過比較方案的優(yōu)劣,為決策者提供一份供物流實(shí)施者付諸行動,具有計劃、組織、運(yùn)行、及控制功能的實(shí)施報告。本文研究的目的是為了找到物流方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計的途徑,以實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果來說明物流方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計在企業(yè)物流管理中的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文主要內(nèi)容包括FWS公司物流管理現(xiàn)狀分析和物流方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計兩部分。 現(xiàn)狀分析部分首先對公司概況進(jìn)行介紹,接下來對物流管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行說明,然后重點(diǎn)分析了FWS公司物流現(xiàn)狀存在的主要問題,其中影響較大的問題是物流面積不足、物料存儲未做到先進(jìn)先出、庫存量過大、生產(chǎn)線在制品擁擠和物流信息不暢通,最后針對物流現(xiàn)狀所存在的問題,結(jié)合新車型在物流方面的需求,分兩個階段列出了物流方案優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)。物流方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計部分首先對PFEP規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行搜集,建立比較完整的物流規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)庫,接下來給物料選用合適的工位器具,使工位器具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系列化,再對物流流程圖進(jìn)行價值流程分析,畫出理想的平面布置圖與物流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較,從而找到物流方案優(yōu)化的方向,之后庫房布置通過設(shè)定合理的安全庫存解決了庫存量過大問題,通過存儲方式設(shè)計保證了先進(jìn)先出,通過應(yīng)用線性規(guī)劃方法對庫房選址進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,定量地說明了優(yōu)化之后的顯著效果,解決了物流面積不足問題,然后通過對物料補(bǔ)給模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化解決了線邊在制品擁擠問題,最后通過應(yīng)用物流信息技術(shù)解決了物流信息不暢通的問題。物流方案優(yōu)化效果顯著,物流面積減少1060m2,總的運(yùn)輸量減少32%,最后得出物流方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計是解決物流瓶頸問題的有效手段,在企業(yè)物流管理中具有戰(zhàn)略意義的結(jié)論。 本文的創(chuàng)新性體現(xiàn)在三個方面,一是從整體角度對FWS公司的物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面分析,物流方案優(yōu)化的戰(zhàn)略高度保證了現(xiàn)有需求與未來發(fā)展需求的統(tǒng)一;二是借助新項(xiàng)目帶動現(xiàn)生產(chǎn),應(yīng)用物流規(guī)劃的理論和方法來重構(gòu)現(xiàn)有物流系統(tǒng),促進(jìn)FWS公司內(nèi)部物流與外部物流形成良性的統(tǒng)一關(guān)系,將挑戰(zhàn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)遇;三是物流方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計為FWS公司物流管理活動指明了方向,對處在類似大環(huán)境下的其它制造企業(yè)有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the market and business environment facing enterprises are undergoing fundamental changes. Logistics takes the place of production and sales to restrict the development of enterprises. Manufacturing logistics system is a dynamic and complex system, with the development of enterprises. Logistics system also needs to be optimized. This paper takes solving the existing problems of logistics status of FWS Company as the starting point and making new project logistics planning plan as the basic goal. On the basis of collecting the relevant data of the planning scheme, applying the principle and method of the optimization of the logistics scheme, the author makes the alternative scheme, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme. The purpose of this paper is to find a way to optimize the design of logistics scheme by providing decision makers with an implementation report with the functions of planning, organizing, running, and controlling. The strategic significance of optimization design of logistics scheme in enterprise logistics management is explained by practical application effect. The main content of this paper includes two parts: current situation analysis of logistics management and optimization design of logistics scheme of FWS Company. The current situation analysis part first introduces the company's general situation, then explains the current situation of logistics management, and then focuses on the analysis of the main problems existing in the logistics situation of FWS company. One of the major problems is the lack of logistics area, material storage is not done first in first out, inventory is too large, production line in process crowded and logistics information is not smooth, and finally the current situation of logistics problems. Combined with the logistics requirements of the new vehicle, the objectives of logistics scheme optimization are listed in two stages. The logistics scheme optimization design part firstly collects the PFEP planning data. Establish a relatively complete logistics planning database, and then give the material to choose the appropriate work station equipment, so that the station equipment standardization and serialization, and then the logistics flow chart value flow analysis. Draw the ideal layout plan and logistics status quo comparison, so as to find the direction of logistics optimization, and then the warehouse layout through the setting of reasonable safety inventory to solve the problem of excessive inventory. Through the storage design to ensure the first-in-first-out, through the use of linear programming to optimize the location of the warehouse, quantitative description of the outstanding results after the optimization, to solve the problem of insufficient logistics area. Then through the optimization of material supply mode to solve the problem of line edge in-process crowding, finally through the application of logistics information technology to solve the problem of logistics information is not smooth. The logistics area is reduced by 1060m2 and the total transportation volume is reduced by 32m. Finally, it is concluded that the optimization design of logistics scheme is an effective means to solve the bottleneck problem of logistics, and has strategic significance in enterprise logistics management. The innovation of this paper is reflected in three aspects: first, the overall analysis of the logistics system of FWS Company, the strategic optimization of logistics program to ensure the unity of existing needs and future development needs; The second is to use the new project to drive the current production, apply the theory and method of logistics planning to reconstruct the existing logistics system, promote the formation of a benign unified relationship between internal logistics and external logistics of FWS company, and turn the challenge into an opportunity. Third, the optimization design of logistics scheme indicates the direction of logistics management activities of FWS Company, which has certain guiding significance for other manufacturing enterprises in similar environment.
