【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)要求迫切,但國家財(cái)政投入遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足建設(shè)所需資金。BOT項(xiàng)目融資作為一種新興的融資方式,有效地解決了資金短缺問題。BOT項(xiàng)目建設(shè)運(yùn)營過程中參與方眾多,同時(shí)項(xiàng)目持續(xù)時(shí)間長,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素比以往項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更為復(fù)雜,如何有效管理BOT項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成為項(xiàng)目成敗的關(guān)鍵問題。分析研究眾多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估管理方法后,鑒于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),構(gòu)建基于BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行應(yīng)用和探討。
[Abstract]:At present, there is an urgent need for infrastructure construction in our country, but the national financial investment is far from meeting the construction needs of funds. Bot project financing as a new financing method. Effectively solve the shortage of funds. Bot project construction and operation process of a large number of participants, at the same time, the project duration is long, the risk factors are more complex than the previous project risk. How to manage the risk of BOT project effectively becomes the key problem of project success or failure. After analyzing and studying many risk assessment and management methods, considering the advantages of neural network. The risk assessment model based on BP artificial neural network is constructed, and the model is applied and discussed.
