【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程深入和我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放的快速發(fā)展,口岸在國(guó)家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和對(duì)外貿(mào)易中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用?诎段锪鳟a(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的整體完善將會(huì)帶動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)口岸區(qū)域的輻射功能和集聚效應(yīng),,提升口岸區(qū)域在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸發(fā)展關(guān)系到全省的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展大局,研究?jī)?nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)對(duì)于內(nèi)蒙古發(fā)展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的作用。 本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果和對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)陸路口岸及其載體城市實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。本文分為四部分:第一部分為陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)的概念界定和理論基礎(chǔ);第二部分為內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析。分析內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題以及通過(guò)區(qū)位商系數(shù),測(cè)算內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度,測(cè)算結(jié)果表明,內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)存在集聚,但是跟上海等物流業(yè)發(fā)展較快的地區(qū)相比,集聚度低于這些地區(qū)。第三部分借助柯布-道格拉斯函數(shù)來(lái)測(cè)算內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)集聚效應(yīng)的真實(shí)狀況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析產(chǎn)業(yè)類型、交通狀況、市場(chǎng)需求、配套基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、人力資源和政府政策等因素都是影響內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的主要因素。 最終,本文第四部分根據(jù)上文的理論和實(shí)證分析,提出了內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)發(fā)展的若干建議,主要可以從發(fā)展兩大飛地物流,政策環(huán)境、交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)、培養(yǎng)物流人才、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)等方面,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流多層次、全方位、立體式戰(zhàn)略布局,為內(nèi)蒙古陸路口岸物流集聚區(qū)發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)與借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and deepening of China's opening up, play an increasingly important role in the port state and regional economic development and foreign trade. The port logistics industry cluster's overall improvement will continue to promote regional economic development, enhance the radiation function of ports and regional agglomeration effect, enhance the competitiveness of port region in the process of economic development. Inner Mongolia land port development is related to the province's overall economic and social development of Inner Mongolia inland port logistics gathering area for the development of Inner Mongolia logistics industry, promote economic development plays an important role.
Based on the summary of research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region land port city and its vector field research, systematic study on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region land port logistics parks. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the concept of land port logistics cluster definition and theoretical basis; the second part is the analysis of the current situation of Inner Mongolia land port logistics cluster Inner Mongolia land development area. Analysis of port logistics cluster development situation, existing problems and the locationquotient coefficient, measure the agglomeration degree of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia land port logistics area, the results show that Inner Mongolia land port logistics parks are gathering, but with the rapid development of logistics industry in Shanghai and other regions compared to concentration lower than these the third part area. With the Cobb Douglas function to measure the Inner Mongolia land port material The real situation of agglomeration effect of flow agglomeration area is analyzed. Based on that, the main factors affecting the logistics industry agglomeration of Inner Mongolia land port logistics agglomeration area are analyzed, including industry type, traffic condition, market demand, supporting infrastructure, human resources and government policies.
Finally, in the fourth part, according to the above theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for development of Inner Mongolia land port logistics cluster, mainly from the development of two enclave logistics, policy environment, transportation network, logistics personnel training, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the realization of Inner Mongolia land port logistics multi-level, full range the strategic layout, three-dimensional, Inner Mongolia land port logistics cluster development to provide a theoretical basis and reference.
