【摘要】:房地產行業(yè),曾被譽為永遠的朝陽行業(yè),它既是與國民切身利益相關的民生工程,也是我國經濟支柱的行業(yè)之一,關系到國家國民經濟的發(fā)展。近年來,我國國民經濟在國家政策的引導下,持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,帶動了房地產行業(yè)的快速成長。但是,隨之而來的是房產價格的不斷上漲,房地產行業(yè)的泡沫逐漸形成。為了引導房地產行業(yè)穩(wěn)定、健康的發(fā)展,自2010年開始,國家采取了一系列的措施對房地產進行調控,以房地產為主業(yè)發(fā)展的企業(yè)面臨了新的挑戰(zhàn)。 在此背景下,本文以房地產為主業(yè)的A公司為研究對象,首先通過閱讀大量的文獻資料和收集A公司的各項資料,對A公司的多元化經營現(xiàn)狀、A公司多元化發(fā)展PEST環(huán)境進行分析、行業(yè)競爭分析、A公司多元化發(fā)展內部資源與能力分析進行了系統(tǒng)的分析和研究;并運用波士頓矩陣工具對A公司多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行定位,提出A公司多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。 A公司在堅持以房地產板塊為核心主業(yè)發(fā)展的情況下,作為一般業(yè)務的貿易板塊要積極為房地產板塊的發(fā)展提供資金保障;物業(yè)板塊要做好房地產板塊的相關產業(yè)的服務工作;建筑施工板塊與建筑設計板塊因公司自身人員配備及較小的市場占有率,將逐步退出。為了更好的服務公司的核心主業(yè),與主業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展,A公司將進軍旅游產業(yè)。最后,結合實際情況,提出A公司多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略各業(yè)務間的協(xié)同發(fā)展以及A公司實施多元化經營戰(zhàn)略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry, has been regarded as the eternal sunrise industry, it is not only with the national interests of the people's livelihood projects, is one of the pillar of the economy of our country industry, related to the development of the national economy. In recent years, China's national economy under the guidance of national policy, sustained and steady development trend, driven by the rapid the growth of the real estate industry. However, there is rising real estate prices, real estate bubble gradually formed. In order to guide the real estate industry stable and healthy development, since the beginning of 2010, the state has adopted a series of measures to control the real estate, the real estate industry enterprises are facing new development the challenge.
Under this background, the A company in the real estate industry as the research object, firstly by reading a lot of literature and the data collection of A company, the diversified situation of A company, analyzes the diversified development environment PEST A company, A company, industry competition analysis, the diversified development of the internal resources and capability analysis the systematic analysis and research; and use of diversified development strategy of A company Boston matrix tool, and puts forward the planning diversified development strategy of A company.
A companies adhere to the real estate sector as the core business development, as a general service trade sector to actively provide funding for the development of the real estate sector; industrial property sector to do real estate sector services; construction plate and architectural design and equipped with small plate for company's own staff market share will gradually withdraw from the core business. In order to better serve the company, and the joint development of A industry, the company will enter the tourism industry. Finally, combined with the actual situation, puts forward some measures to ensure A company diversified development strategy of each business collaboration development and implementation of A company's diversification strategy.
