【摘要】：通過對上海廉租住房家庭的特征及退出行為分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)家庭成員中有大病、年老或其他喪失勞動能力的廉租住房家庭退出的可能性小,需要長期依賴住房保障,而大家庭、婚姻穩(wěn)定家庭和居住在中心城區(qū)的家庭退出保障的概率較高。同時,保障補貼數(shù)額越大的家庭退出的可能性越小,并存在一部分家庭有青壯年就業(yè)人口,可以通過就業(yè)提高收入但卻不工作的現(xiàn)象,說明廉租住房領(lǐng)域存在福利陷阱問題。因此,應(yīng)通過完善住房保障方式、制定合理的保障水平、促進廉租住房家庭就業(yè)等方法減少福利陷阱。
[Abstract]:And through the exit behavior characteristics of Shanghai low rent housing family analysis, found a serious illness of family members, old age or other incapacity of the possibility of low rent family housing exit of small, need to rely on housing security, and family, stable marriage and family living in the center of the city. At the same time ensuring a high probability of exit the possibility of security, the greater the amount of subsidies from the family is small, and there is a part of the family has young working population, by improving employment income but not the phenomenon that exists in the field of low rent housing welfare trap problem. Therefore, we should perfect the housing guarantee, ensure a reasonable level, to promote the family of low rent housing and employment methods to reduce the welfare trap.
