【摘要】:唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司隸屬于冀北電力有限公司唐山供電公司,屬于集體企業(yè)性質,主營220千伏及以下輸電、變電、配電安裝工程,同時兼顧少量的客戶業(yè)擴報裝工程。從2012年7月開始,唐山供電公司貫徹落實國家電網公司“三集五大”體系建設要求,實施了“人、財、物”集約化管理,成立了物資供應公司,實行主業(yè)與實業(yè)電力物資的分開管理,物資供應公司主要管理主網建設中的物資倉儲,唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司負責管理客戶業(yè)擴報裝工程所需的電力物資。近年來,唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司強化內部管理,提高品牌形象,嚴格遵守業(yè)擴報裝有關要求,積極參與市場競爭,提高施工質量,用戶工程市場占有率逐年提升。唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司承攬的用戶工程逐年增多,迫切需要建設規(guī)范、科學的倉儲管理系統(tǒng),為用戶工程提供有力的物資保障。 本文正是在此背景下開展的,首先闡述了本文的研究背景及意義,分析了國內外倉儲管理研究現狀,對論文的研究內容、研究框架、研究方法及預期成果進行了描述。其次,進行倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)理論研究,主要內容包括倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)基礎理論、倉儲管理方法、倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)技術及設備、倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法與開發(fā)方式。再次,對唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司倉儲管理現狀進行調研分析,主要內容包括公司簡要情況、公司倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)構建目標、公司倉儲管理流程分析、公司倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)需求調研和分析。還有,對公司倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)進行設計,確立了設計原則,明確了設計總體架構,設計了倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)功能模塊,并明確了倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)的實施計劃。最后,進行文章總結,對本文主要工作和研究成果進行了總結,并提出了一些展望,為電力企業(yè)倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)理論與實踐提供了新方法。
[Abstract]:Tangshan North China Electric Power Industrial Company affiliated to Hebei Electric Power Co. Ltd. Tangshan power supply company, which belongs to the nature of collective enterprises, the main 220 thousand volts and below transmission, substation, power distribution installation, taking into account the customer business expanding a small amount of engineering. It is urgent to build a standardized and scientific warehouse management system to provide strong material support for user engineering.
This paper is carried out under this background, firstly expounds the research background and significance, analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of warehouse management, research content, research framework, describes the research methods and expected results. Secondly, study the theory of warehouse management information system, the main contents include the basic storage management information system theory, method of warehouse management, warehouse management information system technology and equipment, and the development method of warehouse management information system. Thirdly, research and Analysis on warehouse management status quo of Tangshan North China Electric Power Industrial Company, the main contents include company brief, goal of the construction of the warehouse management information system, analysis of the company's warehouse management process, the company warehouse the management information system demand investigation and analysis. Also, the design of the warehouse management information system of the company, establish the design principle, clear The overall architecture design, design of the warehouse management information system function module, and the implementation plan of the warehouse management information system. Finally, the article summarizes the main work and research results are summarized, and put forward some prospects, provides a new method for power enterprise storage management information system theory and practice.
