【摘要】：唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司隸屬于冀北電力有限公司唐山供電公司,屬于集體企業(yè)性質(zhì),主營220千伏及以下輸電、變電、配電安裝工程,同時兼顧少量的客戶業(yè)擴(kuò)報裝工程。從2012年7月開始,唐山供電公司貫徹落實國家電網(wǎng)公司“三集五大”體系建設(shè)要求,實施了“人、財、物”集約化管理,成立了物資供應(yīng)公司,實行主業(yè)與實業(yè)電力物資的分開管理,物資供應(yīng)公司主要管理主網(wǎng)建設(shè)中的物資倉儲,唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司負(fù)責(zé)管理客戶業(yè)擴(kuò)報裝工程所需的電力物資。近年來,唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部管理,提高品牌形象,嚴(yán)格遵守業(yè)擴(kuò)報裝有關(guān)要求,積極參與市場競爭,提高施工質(zhì)量,用戶工程市場占有率逐年提升。唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司承攬的用戶工程逐年增多,迫切需要建設(shè)規(guī)范、科學(xué)的倉儲管理系統(tǒng),為用戶工程提供有力的物資保障。 本文正是在此背景下開展的,首先闡述了本文的研究背景及意義,分析了國內(nèi)外倉儲管理研究現(xiàn)狀,對論文的研究內(nèi)容、研究框架、研究方法及預(yù)期成果進(jìn)行了描述。其次,進(jìn)行倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)理論研究,主要內(nèi)容包括倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)理論、倉儲管理方法、倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)及設(shè)備、倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法與開發(fā)方式。再次,對唐山華北電力實業(yè)總公司倉儲管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,主要內(nèi)容包括公司簡要情況、公司倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建目標(biāo)、公司倉儲管理流程分析、公司倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)需求調(diào)研和分析。還有,對公司倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,確立了設(shè)計原則,明確了設(shè)計總體架構(gòu),設(shè)計了倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)功能模塊,并明確了倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)的實施計劃。最后,進(jìn)行文章總結(jié),對本文主要工作和研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了一些展望,為電力企業(yè)倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)理論與實踐提供了新方法。
[Abstract]:Tangshan North China Electric Power Industrial Company affiliated to Hebei Electric Power Co. Ltd. Tangshan power supply company, which belongs to the nature of collective enterprises, the main 220 thousand volts and below transmission, substation, power distribution installation, taking into account the customer business expanding a small amount of engineering. From the beginning of July 2012, Tangshan power company to implement the national "three sets of construction Power Grid Corp five" system requirements, the implementation of the "people, money, material intensive management, set up a separate management of material supply company, industry and industrial power supplies, materials supply company management in the construction of main material storage, Tangshan North China Electric Power Industrial Company is responsible for the electric power material management customer business expanding engineering need. In recent years, Tangshan North China Electric Power Industrial Company to strengthen internal management, improve the brand image, strictly business expanding installation requirements, and actively participate in market competition, improve the construction quality The user engineering market share has been increasing year by year. The user engineering of Tangshan North China Electric Power Industrial Company has been increasing year by year. It is urgent to build a standardized and scientific warehouse management system to provide strong material support for user engineering.
This paper is carried out under this background, firstly expounds the research background and significance, analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of warehouse management, research content, research framework, describes the research methods and expected results. Secondly, study the theory of warehouse management information system, the main contents include the basic storage management information system theory, method of warehouse management, warehouse management information system technology and equipment, and the development method of warehouse management information system. Thirdly, research and Analysis on warehouse management status quo of Tangshan North China Electric Power Industrial Company, the main contents include company brief, goal of the construction of the warehouse management information system, analysis of the company's warehouse management process, the company warehouse the management information system demand investigation and analysis. Also, the design of the warehouse management information system of the company, establish the design principle, clear The overall architecture design, design of the warehouse management information system function module, and the implementation plan of the warehouse management information system. Finally, the article summarizes the main work and research results are summarized, and put forward some prospects, provides a new method for power enterprise storage management information system theory and practice.
