【摘要】:隨著小康社會的建設,人們收入得到增加,生活節(jié)奏也在加快,與此同時人們對冷鏈產(chǎn)品的需求量也在日益增長。目前我國食品安全問題頻頻發(fā)生,這使得人們對冷鏈產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求,F(xiàn)代社會冷鏈物流配送活動面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),比如配送范圍越來越廣,,交通擁堵,人工成本以及設施成本越來越高。制定合理的車輛配送方案,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈配送企業(yè)而言,不僅能夠有效地降低產(chǎn)品的配送成本,而且能夠保證冷鏈農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全。 目前對冷鏈物流配送車輛路徑問題的研究,大多是關(guān)于閉環(huán)式車輛路徑問題的研究,即認為車輛在完成配送任務后還會返回到原配送中心。而在實際的冷鏈物流配送中,特別是物流外包越來越普遍的情況下,配送車輛常常不需要返回到配送中心。另一方面,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品具有易腐的特點,產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)對時間因素比較敏感,冷藏車的能耗隨著時間的累積以及外界溫度的變化而變化,顧客一般對送達時間有要求。因此,本文首先以生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流配送為基礎(chǔ),分析在此背景下的開放式車輛路徑的特性并構(gòu)建相關(guān)成本函數(shù)。本論文的成本包括因產(chǎn)品腐壞所造成的貨損成本、配送時冷凍設備消耗的能源成本、違反顧客需求時間窗所造成的懲罰成本、以及車輛固定成本和隨里程遞增的運輸成本等。其次,設計了求解該模型的改進式遺傳算法進行模型求解。最后運用一個具體的算例,用所設計的遺傳算法進行了求解,進而驗證了模型和算法的有效性。 本論文的研究結(jié)論可為生鮮產(chǎn)品配送商在追求配送總成本最小化的前提下進行線路選擇、車輛規(guī)模、配送時間的優(yōu)化安排等的參考,具有良好的應用價值。
[Abstract]:With the construction of a well-off society, people's income has been increased, the pace of life is also accelerating, at the same time, people's demand for cold-chain products is also growing day by day. At present, food safety problems occur frequently in China. This makes people put forward higher requirements for the quality of cold chain products. Modern society cold chain logistics distribution activities are facing enormous challenges, such as the increasingly wide range of distribution, traffic congestion. The labor cost and the facility cost are higher and higher. To establish the reasonable vehicle distribution plan, not only can reduce the distribution cost of the product effectively for the cold-chain distribution enterprise of agricultural products. And can ensure the quality and safety of cold chain agricultural products. At present, most of the research on the cold-chain logistics distribution vehicle routing problem is about the closed-loop vehicle routing problem. That is, the vehicle will return to the original distribution center after completing the distribution task. But in the actual cold-chain logistics distribution, especially in the case of logistics outsourcing is becoming more and more common. Distribution vehicles often do not need to return to the distribution center. On the other hand, fresh agricultural products have the characteristics of perishable, product quality is more sensitive to time factors. The energy consumption of refrigerated vehicle changes with the accumulation of time and the change of external temperature. Customers generally require the delivery time. Therefore, this paper is based on the cold chain logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products. In this context, the characteristics of open vehicle routing and the related cost function are analyzed. The cost of this paper includes the cost of goods damage caused by product decay, the cost of energy consumption of refrigerating equipment in distribution. The penalty cost caused by violating the time window of customer demand, as well as the fixed cost of vehicle and the transportation cost increasing with mileage, etc. An improved genetic algorithm for solving the model is designed to solve the model. Finally, a concrete example is used to solve the problem, and the validity of the model and algorithm is verified. The conclusion of this paper can be used as a reference for fresh product distributors to select routes, optimize vehicle size and distribution time under the premise of minimizing the total cost of distribution, which has a good application value.
