【摘要】:知識管理是知識經(jīng)濟時代企業(yè)的主流管理方式,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)越來越多的強調(diào)知識管理的地位,知識T以決定企業(yè)將來的發(fā)展。而中小企業(yè)數(shù)量多,出現(xiàn)的問題也比較多,卻缺少解決問題的方法和對策。核心競爭力是企業(yè)存活的重要依靠,中小企業(yè)的核心競爭力往往決定了中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,而現(xiàn)階段的核心競爭力主要由知識所主導(dǎo),企業(yè)間的競爭與其說是技術(shù)的比拼,不如說是知識的競爭,所以,運用知識管理的方法提升企業(yè)知識含量,進而提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力是本文研究的方向,具有實際的意義。 本文首先對知識管理和核心競爭力的文獻進行總結(jié),在總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了知識管理和企業(yè)核心競爭力的定義。同時將知識管理和核心競爭力聯(lián)系起來,分析內(nèi)在作用機理,從技術(shù),人力,產(chǎn)品,生產(chǎn)四個核心競爭力的主要部分進行剖析,然后將知識管理貫穿到每個部分,再將核心競爭力如何反作用于知識管理的方面進行解讀,得出知識管理與核心競爭力是相輔相成的,得到了一些理論基礎(chǔ)。 接下來介紹了統(tǒng)計學(xué)中的因子分析法,描述了計算步驟和計算原理以及所得到的結(jié)論,并構(gòu)造數(shù)學(xué)模型,將前面的理論具體化,化為具體的數(shù)學(xué)參數(shù),選擇幾個代表性的數(shù)據(jù)作為帶動核心競爭力變化的主要因素,將競爭力這個抽象概念定量化,建立評價標準。然后將這個模型應(yīng)用到所收集的數(shù)據(jù)中,在計算前,先驗證了模型的可行性與有效性,為企業(yè)核心競爭力評價提供了新視角。最后,基于理論和數(shù)據(jù),提出了提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的幾個主要方法,和幾點建議,,為企業(yè)在日益激烈的競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Knowledge management is the mainstream management mode of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy. More and more modern enterprises emphasize the status of knowledge management. Knowledge T determines the future development of enterprises. There are many problems, but lack of methods and countermeasures to solve the problem. Core competitiveness is an important basis for the survival of enterprises, the core competitiveness of SMEs often determines the development direction of SMEs. At the present stage, the core competence is dominated by knowledge, and the competition among enterprises is not so much the competition of technology as the competition of knowledge. Therefore, the method of knowledge management is used to enhance the knowledge content of enterprises. And then enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is the direction of this study, with practical significance. Firstly, this paper summarizes the literature on knowledge management and core competence, and puts forward the definition of knowledge management and core competence of enterprises on the basis of summing up. At the same time, it links knowledge management with core competence. Analysis of the internal mechanism from the technology, human resources, products, production of the four core competitiveness of the main parts of the analysis, and then knowledge management throughout each part. Then how to counteract the core competence in the knowledge management is interpreted and the conclusion is drawn that the knowledge management and the core competence complement each other and get some theoretical foundation. Then it introduces the factor analysis method in statistics, describes the calculation steps and principles and the conclusions obtained, and constructs a mathematical model to concretize the previous theory and turn it into specific mathematical parameters. Several representative data are selected as the main factors to drive the change of core competitiveness. The abstract concept of competitiveness is quantified and the evaluation criteria are established. Then the model is applied to the collected data. Before the calculation, the feasibility and validity of the model are verified, which provides a new perspective for the evaluation of enterprise core competence. Finally, based on the theory and data, several main methods to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises are put forward. And several suggestions, for enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition to gain advantages to provide reference.
