【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是一個(gè)社會(huì)中農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和社會(huì)工業(yè)化的重要標(biāo)志，也是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的必然趨勢(shì)。由于二十一世紀(jì)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化水平已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展階段，現(xiàn)如今我國(guó)重要的發(fā)展任務(wù)之一便是推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展。2013年青島市城鎮(zhèn)化率為67.72%。隨著時(shí)間的推移，青島市城鎮(zhèn)化水平不斷提高，城市吸納人口的能力不斷增強(qiáng)；城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和城鎮(zhèn)體系不斷優(yōu)化，城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力明顯增強(qiáng)，一體化格局初步形成；基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不斷完善，城鎮(zhèn)交通、垃圾處理、供熱、污水處理、燃?xì)狻⒌缆返仁姓A(chǔ)設(shè)施不斷加快建設(shè)進(jìn)度，城鎮(zhèn)的承載能力顯著加強(qiáng)。隨著青島市的發(fā)展，尤其是在我國(guó)加大力度發(fā)展城鎮(zhèn)化的背景之下，城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)對(duì)青島市尤為重要。 本文分析研究了青島市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)之前學(xué)者的研究和分析，采用理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法研究青島市各個(gè)主要城鎮(zhèn)化影響因素及指標(biāo)與城鎮(zhèn)化率之間的關(guān)系，分析影響青島市城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程發(fā)展的主要因素。在此分析基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合青島市城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，最終提出若干合理地提高青島市城鎮(zhèn)化水平的建議，具體有：穩(wěn)妥推進(jìn)基本公共服務(wù)常住人口全覆蓋、構(gòu)建人口城鎮(zhèn)化導(dǎo)向的城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)管理規(guī)范、構(gòu)建產(chǎn)城融合的人口就近城鎮(zhèn)化格局、全面推進(jìn)戶籍制度綜合配套改革等等。 文章分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章統(tǒng)領(lǐng)全文，主要論述了研究目的、意義、研究的主要內(nèi)容和思路以及研究方法等；第二章是對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化相關(guān)概念的論述以及對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的理論綜述，介紹了城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制、城鎮(zhèn)化水平測(cè)度以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果，是本文所做研究的重要參考；第三章介紹了青島市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問(wèn)題，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了青島市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展概況及發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題予以闡述；第四章建立影響青島市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展因素評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)青島市城鎮(zhèn)化水平進(jìn)行了綜合測(cè)度，將青島市與其他地區(qū)、青島市不同地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化水平差異做出了對(duì)比分析；第五章明確了促進(jìn)青島市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的總體思路與途徑，根據(jù)前面章節(jié)的分析結(jié)果，結(jié)合青島市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀，，制定了具體的改進(jìn)措施；第六章總結(jié)概括全文，同時(shí)對(duì)青島市未來(lái)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展道路做出展望。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important symbol of agricultural modernization and social industrialization in a society, as well as an inevitable trend in economic and social development. In 2013, the urbanization rate of Qingdao is 67.72. With the passage of time, the urbanization level of Qingdao has been improved. The ability of cities to absorb the population is increasing; The industrial structure of urban and rural areas and the urban system have been continuously optimized, the economic strength of cities and towns has been obviously strengthened, and the pattern of integration has been initially formed; Infrastructure continues to improve, urban traffic, waste disposal, heating, sewage treatment, gas, roads and other municipal infrastructure to accelerate the pace of construction, the urban load capacity significantly strengthened. With the development of Qingdao. Especially under the background that our country strengthens the development of urbanization, the construction of urbanization is particularly important to Qingdao. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of urbanization in Qingdao, summarizes the previous research and analysis of scholars. Using the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the relationship between the main factors and indicators of urbanization and urbanization rate in Qingdao. This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the development of urbanization in Qingdao. On the basis of the analysis, combined with the present situation of urbanization in Qingdao, some suggestions are put forward to improve the urbanization level of Qingdao. The concrete ones are: to advance the basic public service permanent population full coverage, to construct the urban construction management standard guided by population urbanization, and to construct the pattern of population urbanization in the vicinity of the integrated population. We will comprehensively promote the comprehensive reform of the household registration system and so on. The article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter leads the full text, mainly discusses the purpose, significance, the main contents and ideas of the study, as well as research methods; The second chapter is the related concepts of urbanization and the theoretical review of domestic and foreign research, introduced the dynamic mechanism of urbanization development, urbanization level measurement and domestic and foreign research results. It is an important reference for the research in this paper. The third chapter introduces the present situation and main problems of urbanization in Qingdao, briefly introduces the general situation and characteristics of urbanization in Qingdao, and expounds the existing problems in the process of development. Chapter 4th establishes the evaluation index system of the factors affecting the development of urbanization in Qingdao, and comprehensively measures the urbanization level of Qingdao. The differences of urbanization level in different areas of Qingdao are compared and analyzed. Chapter 5th defines the general ideas and ways to promote the development of urbanization in Qingdao, according to the analysis results of the previous chapters, combined with the actual situation of urbanization development in Qingdao, formulated specific improvement measures; Chapter 6th summarizes the full text, at the same time the future development of urbanization in Qingdao to make a prospect.
