【摘要】:國際石油地面工程項目管理模式在境外施工中已經有了很多成功的案例,理論界的研究文章也在不斷發(fā)表,但是不同工程項目之間有著許多差異,項目管理的可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及項目優(yōu)化等問題會面臨著許多問題,在管理模式上需要尋找比較適合于項目運行的方式來執(zhí)行。構建尼日利亞S油田地面項目管理模式,用以往從事國際石油工程施工管理的經驗,分析項目運行中在油田地面工程項目管理上存在的問題。利用項目管理理論不斷擴和完善新的管理模式,目的是提高中國的石油工程施工企業(yè)在尼日利亞能夠很好的管理項目運行,擴大市場份額,提高企業(yè)知名度。本文分析了石油地面工程項目國內外發(fā)展狀況,闡述了國際石油地面項目管理的理論,分析了尼日利亞S油田地面工程項目管理的現狀,針對現有管理模式存在的不足,提出構建尼日利亞S油田地面項目管理模式,運用項目管理、人力資源管理、工程技術管理等相關理論。在跨境文化上闡述了文化管理的范疇以及對項目管理的影響。本文強調項目管理的過程控制,在項目運行中及時糾偏,避免事后彌補,在分析論證上引入國際石油工程管理理論,將理論浸透到實踐中;注重以中國文化融入當地文化的氛圍,在管理上融合貫通,讓項目實施無障礙,使得項目能按照運行計劃按期完成。國際石油地面工程項目管理的難點是現場過程管理,本文根據尼日利亞的現場實例從不同方面在項目管理上做了一些研究,為今后在國際石油地面項目管理上提供幫助。
[Abstract]:There have been a lot of successful cases in the overseas construction of international petroleum surface engineering project management mode, and the research articles of the theory circle are published constantly, but there are many differences between different engineering projects. The sustainable development of project management and project optimization will face many problems. In the management mode, we need to find a more suitable way to carry out the project. Build the surface project management model of S oilfield in Nigeria, using the previous experience in international petroleum engineering construction management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of oil field surface engineering project in the course of project operation. Using the project management theory, the new management model is continuously expanded and perfected. The purpose is to improve the Chinese petroleum engineering construction enterprises in Nigeria to manage the project operation, expand market share, improve the visibility of enterprises. This paper analyzes the development of petroleum surface engineering projects at home and abroad. This paper expounds the theory of international oil surface project management, analyzes the present situation of surface engineering project management in Nigeria S oilfield, and aims at the shortcomings of the existing management mode. The paper puts forward the construction of surface project management model of S oilfield in Nigeria, using project management and human resource management. Related theories such as engineering technology management. In cross-border culture, the scope of cultural management and its impact on project management are expounded. This paper emphasizes the process control of project management, and corrects the deviation in time in the project operation. Avoid making up afterwards, introduce the international petroleum engineering management theory in the analysis and argumentation, and immerse the theory into practice; Focus on the integration of Chinese culture into the local culture atmosphere, integration in management, so that the implementation of the project without hindrance. The difficulty of international petroleum ground engineering project management is field process management. This paper has done some research on project management from different aspects according to the field examples of Nigeria. To provide assistance in the management of international oil ground projects in the future.
