【摘要】:在2013年整個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增速持續(xù)放緩大背景下,鋼鐵制造行業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況不斷惡化,,并且殃及到眾多鋼鐵物流企業(yè)。在行業(yè)形勢短期內(nèi)難以發(fā)生根本性逆轉(zhuǎn)的情況下,大漢鋼鐵物流該如何定位自己的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,本文將結(jié)合鋼鐵物流、戰(zhàn)略管理、企業(yè)及行業(yè)實(shí)際情況提出適合企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 首先,論文對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)的理論進(jìn)行了回顧與總結(jié),重點(diǎn)對(duì)邁克爾·波特的競爭戰(zhàn)略模型等企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析工具進(jìn)行了介紹和說明。緊接著對(duì)企業(yè)所處的鋼鐵物流行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢及競爭格局進(jìn)行了分析。通過對(duì)外部環(huán)境的分析得出中國傳統(tǒng)鋼貿(mào)企業(yè)將隨著鋼鐵物流領(lǐng)域國際領(lǐng)先企業(yè)的進(jìn)入及鋼鐵制造企業(yè)對(duì)流通加工配送領(lǐng)域的重視而逐步發(fā)展成以為終端客戶提供一站式鋼材供應(yīng)解決方案為主體的鋼材流通加工物流服務(wù)企業(yè)。論文從邁克爾·波特競爭戰(zhàn)略的五力模型對(duì)大漢鋼鐵物流自身的所具備的要素能力進(jìn)行綜合分析,利用SWOT分析工具進(jìn)行匹配并對(duì)密集成長型戰(zhàn)略、一體化戰(zhàn)略、多元化戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行比較后,提出大漢鋼鐵物流新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思路。最后,論文從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源、經(jīng)營及財(cái)務(wù)管理能力等各方面提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施,提出了將“貿(mào)易”、“鋼筋深加工”、“鋼鐵物流園建設(shè)運(yùn)營”三個(gè)板塊有機(jī)組合最大限度地轉(zhuǎn)化為企業(yè)整體競爭優(yōu)勢,并形成核心競爭力,保證企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施。 本研究認(rèn)為,大漢物流應(yīng)從原始粗獷的貿(mào)易模式向鋼鐵物流綜合服務(wù)型企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變,即通過物流綜合服務(wù)延伸進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶價(jià)值的增值從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的穩(wěn)妥戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the whole national economic growth rate continued to slow down under the background, the iron and steel manufacturing industry business situation continues to deteriorate. And affecting many iron and steel logistics enterprises. In the industry situation in the short term it is difficult to reverse the situation of iron and steel logistics how to position their own development strategy this paper will be combined with iron and steel logistics strategic management. The actual situation of the enterprise and the industry puts forward the development strategy suitable for the enterprise. First of all, the paper reviews and summarizes the related theories of enterprise development strategy. Focus on Michael Porter's competitive strategy model and other enterprise strategy analysis tools are introduced and explained, followed by the enterprise in the steel logistics industry status. The development trend and competition pattern are analyzed. Through the analysis of external environment, it is concluded that China's traditional steel trade enterprises will follow the entry of international leading enterprises in the field of iron and steel logistics and the distribution of steel manufacturing enterprises to the field of circulation processing and distribution. Focus on and gradually develop into the end customer to provide a one-stop steel supply solutions for the main steel circulation logistics service enterprises. This paper from Michael Porter competitive strategy of the five-force model from the Han iron and steel logistics. The ability of the elements of the body to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Using SWOT analysis tools to match and compare the dense growth strategy, integration strategy, diversification strategy, put forward a new development strategy of iron and steel logistics. Finally, the paper from the organizational structure. Human resources, management and financial management ability and other aspects put forward the corresponding safeguards, put forward the "trade", "steel bar deep processing". The organic combination of "the construction and operation of iron and steel logistics park" can be transformed into the overall competitive advantage of the enterprise to the maximum extent, and form the core competitiveness to ensure the effective implementation of the enterprise strategy. This study believes that the Han logistics should change from the primitive rough trade model to the iron and steel logistics integrated service enterprises. Namely through the logistics comprehensive service extension then realizes the customer value increment thus realizes the enterprise's safe strategy transformation.
