【摘要】：本文結(jié)合快遞行業(yè)在我國電子商務(wù)的蓬勃發(fā)展及微利時代背景,深入分析我國民營快遞企業(yè)當(dāng)前存在的員工培訓(xùn)缺乏,人才資源不足;市場定位不明,競爭手段單一;管理水平不高,設(shè)備技術(shù)落后等問題。文章從加強人才培養(yǎng),提升人員素質(zhì);運用"大數(shù)據(jù)",降低物流成本;建設(shè)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò),提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量;提供增值服務(wù),提高企業(yè)競爭力;強化企業(yè)合作,順應(yīng)行業(yè)趨勢;開展國際業(yè)務(wù),拓寬市場范圍六個方面,提出了我國民營快遞企業(yè)在微利時代的發(fā)展對策建議。
[Abstract]:According to the courier industry in the development and profit of China's e-commerce background, in-depth analysis of the current existence of China's private express enterprises lack of training, lack of talent resources; market positioning is unknown, a single means of competition; the management level is not high, the problem of backward equipment and technology. The article from strengthen personnel training, improve the quality of personnel; the use of big data, reduce logistics costs; the construction of information network, improve the service quality; to provide value-added services, improve the competitiveness of enterprises; strengthen the cooperation of enterprises, with the industry trend; to carry out international business, expand the market scope of six aspects, put forward China's private express enterprises in countermeasures and suggestions of the development of the meager profit time.
