【摘要】：長期以來，我國實行著優(yōu)先發(fā)展城市的戰(zhàn)略，導(dǎo)致了城鄉(xiāng)之間的發(fā)展失衡，“三農(nóng)”問題日益突出。城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展就是要解決這種城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)，讓農(nóng)村和城市一起發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的向現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變，提高農(nóng)民的收入和生活水平。要實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)籌，信息化是一個不可或缺的因素。 農(nóng)業(yè)信息化可以有效的帶動城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展。21世紀是一個信息社會，信息對于發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的作用越來越大，信息化成為了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中一個重要的助推力。由于城鄉(xiāng)之間發(fā)展的巨大差距，信息化也最先在城市發(fā)展起來，并促進了工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。城鄉(xiāng)之間的這種信息鴻溝加劇了城鄉(xiāng)之間的不平等，使得農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村在追趕城市的發(fā)展中處于不利地位。要改變這種局面，必須要加強信息化的發(fā)展，以信息化帶動城鄉(xiāng)的經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展。 本文共分為7章。第一章要介紹本文研究的選題背景、研究目的和意義、國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)，提出了本論文要研究的主要問題、研究思路和論文的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。第2章為相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論，，為本論文的寫作奠定了相應(yīng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。本章明確了信息化、農(nóng)業(yè)信息化等相關(guān)概念，闡述了公共品理論、二元經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)理論、信息資源配置理論等與本文相關(guān)的理論。第3章建立了重慶農(nóng)業(yè)信息化水平評價體系，用主成分分析法對重慶市主要區(qū)縣的農(nóng)業(yè)信息化水平進行了綜合評價。第4章運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法對重慶農(nóng)業(yè)信息化與城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)性進行了分析。第5章通過構(gòu)建計量模型實證分析了農(nóng)業(yè)信息化對重慶農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟增長的帶動效應(yīng)。第6章在通過對前文論述的提煉，提出了農(nóng)業(yè)信息化帶動重慶市城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的一些具體的對策建議。第7章為本論文的結(jié)論，該章對全文的主要內(nèi)容進行了一個總結(jié)，并提出了本文的不足之處和以后的努力方向。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China has implemented the strategy of giving priority to the development of cities, which has led to the imbalance of development between urban and rural areas, and the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has become increasingly prominent. It is an indispensable factor to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, to improve the income and living standard of farmers, to realize the overall planning of urban and rural economy, to develop rural and urban areas together, to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Agricultural informatization can effectively promote the overall development of urban and rural economy. The 21st century is an information society, information for the development of the economy is becoming more and more important. Informatization has become an important boost in the process of economic development. Due to the huge gap between urban and rural development, informatization is also the first to develop in the city. And promoted the rapid development of industry. The information gap between urban and rural areas exacerbated the inequality between urban and rural areas, so that agriculture, rural areas in the development of catch-up cities in a disadvantageous position. We must strengthen the development of informatization and drive the overall economic development of urban and rural areas. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter will introduce the background, purpose and significance of this study, research trends at home and abroad, and put forward the main issues to be studied in this paper. The second chapter is the related basic theory, which lays the corresponding theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper. This chapter clarifies the related concepts such as informatization, agricultural informatization and so on. This paper expounds the theory of public goods, dual economic structure theory, information resource allocation theory and other related theories. Chapter 3 establishes the evaluation system of Chongqing agricultural informatization level. The main component analysis method is used to evaluate the level of agricultural informatization in the main districts and counties of Chongqing. Chapter 4 analyzes the relationship between Chongqing agricultural informatization and the overall development of urban and rural areas by using the grey correlation method. Chapter 5 is about the relationship between agricultural informatization and the overall development of urban and rural areas. Empirical analysis of the impact of agricultural informatization on the rural economic growth of Chongqing through the construction of econometric model. Chapter 6 through the extraction of the previous discussion. Put forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural informatization to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas in Chongqing. Chapter 7 is the conclusion of this paper, this chapter summarizes the main content of the full text. And put forward the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of future efforts.
