【摘要】：住宅從古至今一直和我們?nèi)祟惖纳钕⑾⑾嚓P(guān)。隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步，人們對(duì)于住宅的要求也不斷的提高，傳統(tǒng)的住宅建造模式已經(jīng)越來越難滿足現(xiàn)今人們的需求。但是住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化，這種在國外發(fā)展成熟的先進(jìn)技術(shù)在國內(nèi)的推廣卻遇到了瓶頸。與此同時(shí)，隨著人們對(duì)市場(chǎng)的理解不斷加深，集成化供應(yīng)鏈管理作為一種先進(jìn)的管理手段被提了出來。通過將供應(yīng)鏈上下游各個(gè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行整合、集成，供應(yīng)鏈作為一個(gè)整體就能夠更快更好地響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需求，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤的最大化。通過集成化供應(yīng)鏈管理來解決制約住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題，這方面的研究有著很大的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本文在介紹住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化概念基礎(chǔ)上，分析了國內(nèi)外住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展情況，針對(duì)國內(nèi)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展所遇到的問題，總結(jié)了制約住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化推廣的有關(guān)因素，在考慮集成化供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)了集成供應(yīng)鏈中的相關(guān)原理，分析了實(shí)施集成化供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)流程�？疾炝藗鹘y(tǒng)模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式下，住宅項(xiàng)目成本和供應(yīng)鏈流程的差異，根據(jù)W公司所提供的數(shù)據(jù)解析了傳統(tǒng)模式下的成本構(gòu)成，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，，建立了基于集成化供應(yīng)鏈管理的住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的成本效益模型，并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了求解。 本文以推動(dòng)我國住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展為著眼點(diǎn)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈中各企業(yè)的成本降低、效益提高為切入點(diǎn)，有效的分析并說明了集成化供應(yīng)鏈管理模式在推動(dòng)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展中的作用。
[Abstract]:Since our residential human life. With the development of society, people's demand for residential also constantly improve, the traditional residential construction mode has become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the people. But the housing industry, popularize the advanced technology in the development of foreign mature in China has encountered a bottleneck. At the same time, with people's understanding of the market and the deepening of integrated supply chain management as an advanced management method is proposed. Through the integration of supply chain, the enterprise integration, supply chain as a whole will be able to respond to market demand faster and better, in order to maximize profits. To solve the key problems which restrict the development of the housing industry through the integrated supply chain management, research in this area has a great application value.
Based on the introduction of the housing industry based on the concept, analyzes the domestic and foreign development situation of the housing industry, encountered for development of the domestic housing industry, summarizes the factors restricting the housing industrialization promotion, considering the theory of integrated supply chain management, summarizes the related principle of integrated supply chain the correlation analysis of the process of implementation of integrated supply chain management. The research of the traditional mode and industrialization mode, different residential project cost and supply chain process of W company, according to the data provided by the analysis of the traditional mode of cost structure, and on this basis, a cost-benefit model of housing industry the development of integrated supply chain management based on the solution, and according to the existing data.
In order to promote the development of housing industrialization in China, this paper takes the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of enterprises in the supply chain as the breakthrough point, and analyzes and illustrates the role of integrated supply chain management mode in promoting the development of housing industrialization.
