【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的推動下,越來越難在勞動力和人力資源上取得成本優(yōu)勢,物流成為第三方利潤源。循環(huán)取貨是一種介于傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸模式和供應(yīng)鏈配送模式結(jié)合后的創(chuàng)新供應(yīng)物流模式。能夠適合當(dāng)下流行的JIT的生產(chǎn)模式,即是定時(shí)刻、小批量、多批次的車輛沿循環(huán)路線到各供應(yīng)商處取貨的供應(yīng)物流模式。這種新型的物流模式能夠彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸帶來的高成本、低時(shí)效性造成的不良影響。 本文將以X公司的物流改革為例,在分析了X公司物流現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)外知名工程機(jī)械制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)和物流活動產(chǎn)生的矛盾沖突后,引出循環(huán)取貨模式。對循環(huán)取貨的原理、實(shí)施條件、基本流程做了介紹,,具體分析研究X公司物流現(xiàn)狀,嘗試改變傳統(tǒng)的物流模式,運(yùn)用循環(huán)取貨的方式改善現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營與物料供應(yīng)的矛盾。重點(diǎn)對循環(huán)取貨的路徑規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究,分別考慮了不帶時(shí)間窗和帶時(shí)間窗的循環(huán)取貨路徑規(guī)劃問題。依次運(yùn)用了掃描法、節(jié)約里程法和帶時(shí)間窗的節(jié)約里程法對循環(huán)取貨路徑進(jìn)行規(guī)劃與優(yōu)化,構(gòu)建了循環(huán)取貨問題模型,利用MATLAB軟件工具對復(fù)雜的模型進(jìn)行求解,得出優(yōu)化的車輛配給和路徑規(guī)劃結(jié)果,分析對比了優(yōu)化前后的線路方案,明確了各種方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。本文研究對循環(huán)取貨理論具有一定貢獻(xiàn),并且能夠提高相關(guān)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Under the impetus of economic globalization, more and more difficult to obtain cost advantage in labor and human resources, logistics has become the third source of profit. Milkrun is a combination of innovation of supply logistics distribution mode between traditional transportation mode and the supply chain. After suitable for JIT when dirty production mode, which is the fixed moment small volume, multi batch mode, supply logistics vehicles along circulation routes to various suppliers. Pick up the new logistics mode can make up for the high cost of traditional transportation caused by the adverse effects caused by the low efficiency.
This paper will take X company's logistics reform as an example, in the analysis of the conflict of X company logistics present situation and domestic and foreign well-known engineering machinery manufacturing and logistics activities, leads to milkrun mode. The implementation conditions on the principle, milkrun, basic process is introduced, the specific analysis of the current situation of logistics research X the company, try to change the traditional mode of logistics, improve the existing production management and material supply contradiction by using milkrun mode. Focus on the research of path planning of milkrun, are considered without time window and time window milkrun path planning problem. Followed by the use of scanning method, and save mileage method with time window to save mileage method milkrun route planning and optimization, construct milkrun model to solve the complex model using MATLAB software tool to obtain excellent The results of vehicle rationing and path planning are compared and analyzed before and after optimization. The advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are clarified. This study has a certain contribution to the theory of cyclic pickup and can improve the economic benefits of related enterprises.
