【摘要】：入世后,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的高速發(fā)展,加速了全球化的趨勢(shì),外企中不少實(shí)力雄厚的巨頭都對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)給予了高度重視,同時(shí)由于我國(guó)簽署了《煙草控制框架公約》,此公約勢(shì)必對(duì)我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)空間來帶不小的影響,這兩個(gè)因素在一些開放的國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,表現(xiàn)的尤為突出。面對(duì)國(guó)外煙草企業(yè)先進(jìn)的管理方式,我國(guó)煙草企業(yè)如何才能在市場(chǎng)、政策等多方壓力下持續(xù)實(shí)現(xiàn)稅利的增長(zhǎng),如何來抵御國(guó)外企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),除了一如既往的做好產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、服務(wù)以外,則需要我們?cè)谄髽I(yè)管理中尋找更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的新元素。我們都知道,任何一個(gè)企業(yè)乃至一個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大都離不開便捷快速的物流體系,物流已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵性要素,哪家企業(yè)如果能夠在物流環(huán)節(jié)具有管理優(yōu)勢(shì),勢(shì)必能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)創(chuàng)造更大利益提供得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì),因此,減少物流成本也成為了很多企業(yè)創(chuàng)造效益的新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。就目前的研究來看,物流成本分析在整個(gè)物流管理中得到廣泛運(yùn)用,煙草行業(yè)也不例外,特別是煙草商業(yè)企業(yè),更是以物流為立命之本,這也正是國(guó)家局(總公司)所要求的向著現(xiàn)代化卷煙流通企業(yè)發(fā)展策略的根本。本論文正是從物流成本控制分析入手,采用作業(yè)成本方法,研究地州級(jí)煙草公司物流成本控制問題,探索小區(qū)域內(nèi)煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)在卷煙配送節(jié)流增效以及削減物流成本方面的有效方法。
[Abstract]:After entering WTO, with the rapid development of the domestic market, accelerate the trend of globalization, many foreign companies in the strength of the giants are on the domestic market to give a high priority at the same time as China signed the "Framework Convention on tobacco control", which is bound to influence about China's tobacco industry market space with no small and these two factors in some open domestic market environment, the performance is very outstanding. In the face of foreign tobacco enterprises advanced management mode, how can China's tobacco enterprises in the market, continued to achieve tax policy and other pressure increasing, how to resist foreign enterprises in market competition, in addition to the quality of the products as in the past then, we need to find a new service, more competitive in business management. As we all know, the development of any enterprise or even an industry growth is cannot do without convenient fast The speed of the logistics system, logistics has become a key factor in the growth of the enterprise, which if enterprises can have the management superiority in the logistics chain, is bound to provide richly endowed by nature advantages, for enterprises to create greater benefits therefore, reduce logistics cost has become a lot of enterprises to create a new growth point of current efficiency. Study on logistics cost analysis, has been widely used in the logistics management, tobacco industry is no exception, especially tobacco business enterprises, is mainly in the logistics foundation, which is also the State Bureau (company) the fundamental requirements of cigarette circulation toward the modern enterprise development strategy. This thesis is starting from the analysis of the logistics cost control, the cost of operation method, study the state level tobacco companies logistics cost control problems, explore the area of tobacco commercial enterprises in the cigarette distribution efficiency and reduce the throttle Effective methods of logistics cost.
