【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來大多數(shù)國家勞動報酬占GDP份額呈現(xiàn)先下降后上升的變化趨勢,但發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家仍存在差異性。研究發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家勞動報酬占GDP份額的現(xiàn)狀以及影響因素,對我國勞動報酬占GDP份額具有重要意義。本文首先對收入法GDP中勞動者報酬的統(tǒng)計口徑進(jìn)行說明,通過主要發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家勞動報酬占GDP份額的現(xiàn)狀分析,得出2000-2012年勞動報酬占比份額主要呈先下降后上升的發(fā)展趨勢。中國勞動報酬占GDP份額處于發(fā)達(dá)國家中等偏上水平,處于發(fā)展中國家最高水平。接下來,本文探討了影響發(fā)達(dá)國家、發(fā)展中國家和我國勞動報酬占GDP比重的各種因素,并對理論分析進(jìn)行假設(shè)。本文還運用2000-2012年發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家、我國31個省份的面板數(shù)據(jù)對勞動報酬占GDP份額的影響因素進(jìn)行了實證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)資本深化不利于發(fā)達(dá)國家勞動報酬占比份額的改善,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平與國際勞動報酬占比份額之間存在“U型”關(guān)系。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不利于發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家勞動報酬占比份額的改善,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不利于我國勞動報酬占GDP份額的提高,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有利于我國勞動報酬占GDP份額的改善。對發(fā)展中國家勞動報酬占GDP份額起促進(jìn)作用的影響因素包括資本深化、財政支出。最后,根據(jù)理論分析和實證分析的結(jié)果,通過對勞動報酬占GDP份額影響因素的分析,對我國勞動報酬占GDP份額發(fā)展提出政策性的建議。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the share of labor compensation in GDP has declined first and then increased in most countries. However, there are still differences between developed and developing countries. This paper studies the current situation of labor compensation in developed and developing countries and its influencing factors. It is of great significance for the share of labor compensation in GDP in our country. Firstly, this paper explains the statistical caliber of workers' remuneration in the income method GDP. Through the main developed and developing countries labor compensation share of GDP analysis of the status quo. It is concluded that the share of labor compensation in 2000-2012 is mainly decreasing first and then rising. China's share of labor compensation in GDP is in the middle and upper level of developed countries. At the highest level in developing countries. Next, this paper discusses the factors that affect the proportion of labor remuneration to GDP in developed countries, developing countries and China. And the theoretical analysis is hypothesized. This paper also uses the developed and developing countries from 2000 to 2012. The panel data of 31 provinces in China have made an empirical study on the factors affecting the share of labor compensation in GDP, and found that capital deepening is not conducive to the improvement of labor compensation share in developed countries. There is a "U-type" relationship between the level of economic development and the share of international labor remuneration, and economic globalization is not conducive to the improvement of the share of labor remuneration in developed and developing countries. The development of the secondary industry is not conducive to the increase of the share of labor remuneration in GDP. The development of the tertiary industry is conducive to the improvement of the share of labor remuneration in GDP in China. The factors that promote the share of labor remuneration in GDP in developing countries include capital deepening, financial expenditure and finally. According to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of labor compensation share in GDP through the analysis of the influencing factors of labor compensation share in GDP.
