【摘要】：全球化信息網(wǎng)絡和全球化市場的形成以及技術變革的加速,導致我國煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場競爭也日趨激烈,經(jīng)濟市場的波動給某煤炭企業(yè)帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。在這種環(huán)境下,某煤炭企業(yè)為更好的適應新形勢,使管理運營機制逐步與國際接軌,其研究重點開始轉移到物資庫存管理方向。 本文對該煤炭企業(yè)庫存現(xiàn)狀進行分析以后,發(fā)現(xiàn)呆滯物資無論從庫存種類或者庫存金額方面考慮都是庫存物資中舉足輕重的一部分,成為本文的研究重點。 首先將呆滯物資按照共享性質分為可共享呆滯物資和不可共享呆滯物資兩種。隨后根據(jù)各自存在的特點分別對其進行ABC分類、基于APH的ABC綜合因素分類,并結合分類結果提出相應的庫存控制策略,限制最大庫存量,從策略上控制庫存數(shù)量。 在上述研究的基礎上,進一步對不同類型的呆滯物資進行深入研究,利用遺傳算法確定其在兩級庫存模式下的最優(yōu)庫存量分布,從根本上控制呆滯物資的庫存數(shù)量,實現(xiàn)降低庫存成本的目的。 該煤炭企業(yè)呆滯物資的庫存控制策略以及庫存量分布確定,有利于該企業(yè)庫存管理水平的提升,庫存成本的下降。本文提出的分類方法、遺傳算法將理論與實踐相結合,既能補充呆滯物資庫存優(yōu)化研究領域的空白,具有一定的指導意義,又能運用到該企業(yè)日常物資管理工作來,還具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。圖16幅,表29個,參考文獻57篇。
[Abstract]:The formation of globalization information network and the globalization market and the acceleration of technological change have led to the fierce market competition in China ' s coal industry . After analyzing the status of the inventory of the coal enterprise , this paper finds that it is an important part of the inventory material , whether from the stock type or the inventory amount , to be the focus of this paper . Firstly , the static materials are divided into two kinds of shareable and non - shareable materials according to the characteristics of sharing . Then , according to their respective characteristics , ABC classification is carried out , based on the ABC comprehensive factor classification of APH , the corresponding inventory control strategy is put forward according to the classification result , the maximum stock quantity is limited , and the quantity of inventory is controlled from the strategy . On the basis of the above research , further research on different types of dull materials is carried out , and the optimal inventory distribution in the two - stage inventory mode is determined by using the genetic algorithm , so that the inventory quantity of the stagnant material is fundamentally controlled , and the purpose of reducing the inventory cost is realized . This paper puts forward a classification method based on the genetic algorithm combining theory with practice , which can supplement the blank of the research field of inventory optimization of the sluggish material , and has a certain guiding significance . It can also be applied to the daily material management of the enterprise , and has very important practical significance .
