【摘要】：基于華僑新村建筑形態(tài)演變研究,通過(guò)質(zhì)性研究訪談,對(duì)在全球化和政治變革影響下廣州華僑聚居區(qū)——華僑新村個(gè)體化現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的原因及機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)高圍墻所揭示的不僅是物質(zhì)空間上的邊界和隔離,同時(shí)是居民交往空間上的邊界和隔離的隱喻。由于城市管理模式變革,社區(qū)內(nèi)異質(zhì)性增高,社區(qū)中上階層對(duì)其他的居民的認(rèn)同感和信任感低,并且在紳士化的沖擊下,以老歸僑和單位制居民為主的舊情感性關(guān)系正在瓦解,新的認(rèn)知性關(guān)系無(wú)法建立,實(shí)體社區(qū)功能弱化,個(gè)體化現(xiàn)象在華僑新村內(nèi)日益普遍。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the evolution of the architectural form of overseas Chinese new villages, through qualitative research interviews, this paper analyzes the causes and mechanisms of the individualized phenomenon of overseas Chinese villages in Guangzhou under the influence of globalization and political change. It is found that the high wall reveals not only the boundary and isolation in material space, but also the metaphor of boundary and isolation in residents' communication space. Due to the change of urban management mode and the increase of heterogeneity in the community, the upper class in the community has a low sense of identity and trust with other residents. Under the impact of gentry, the old emotional relationship dominated by old returned overseas Chinese and unit residents is disintegrating, the new cognitive relationship can not be established, the function of the physical community is weakened, and the phenomenon of individualization is becoming more and more common in the new villages of overseas Chinese.
