再生粗骨料含量對再生混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響分析

【摘要】:為了研究再生粗骨料取代率對再生混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響,利用廢棄混凝土為再生粗骨料來源,研究取代率從0%至100%變化,中間級差為10%的11種再生混凝土,制作了33個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方體、33個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棱柱體和33個尺寸為150 mm×150 mm×550 mm的棱柱體再生混凝土試件,依標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗方法進行力學(xué)性能測試。通過試驗,獲取了再生混凝土取代率與立方體抗壓強度、軸心抗壓強度、抗折強度、應(yīng)變延性系數(shù)、耗能系數(shù)、割線剛度和損傷度等力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著再生粗骨料取代率的增加,再生混凝土立方體抗壓強度和軸心抗壓強度總體呈現(xiàn)增長的趨勢;抗折強度呈現(xiàn)先增長后減小的趨勢;彈性模量總體呈現(xiàn)減小的趨勢;延性系數(shù)、耗能系數(shù)、割線剛度總體均呈現(xiàn)減小的趨勢但減小幅度較小;再生混凝土的剛度退化和損傷累積過程與天然混凝土較為一致。綜合考慮再生混凝土基本力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟性能指標(biāo),建議以30%~40%作為再生混凝土的最優(yōu)取代率。

[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete, 11 kinds of recycled concrete with replacement rate ranging from 0% to 100% and intermediate grade difference of 10% were studied. 33 standard cubes, 33 standard prism and 33 prism specimens with size of 150 mm 脳 150 mm 脳 550 mm were made. The mechanical properties of recycled concrete were tested according to the standard test method. The relationship between the substitution rate of recycled concrete and the mechanical properties of cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, bending strength, strain ductility coefficient, energy dissipation coefficient, Secant stiffness and damage degree is obtained. The results show that with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the compressive strength and axial compressive strength of recycled concrete cube increase, the bending strength increases at first and then decreases, the elastic modulus decreases as a whole, the plasticity coefficient, energy dissipation coefficient and Secant stiffness all show a decreasing trend, but the decreasing range is small. The process of stiffness degradation and damage accumulation of recycled concrete is consistent with that of natural concrete.
