【摘要】：隨著地下空間的開發(fā)和利用,深基坑越來越深,平面尺寸越來越大,在軟土、高水位及復(fù)雜條件下開挖基坑,很容易產(chǎn)生土體滑移、基坑失穩(wěn)、樁體變位、坑底隆起、支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重漏水、流土以致破損等災(zāi)害。為了有效降低地下水位,利于深基坑的開挖,確�；臃�(wěn)定性,在建筑物基礎(chǔ)底板中布置一定數(shù)量的降水井進(jìn)行降水工作,但是降水結(jié)束后,如何對井口的封堵是一大難題。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際工況,采取一種基于超大深基坑降水井封堵的施工方法,包括降水井套管的制作與預(yù)埋,降水井封堵配件的制作,封堵配件的安裝和連接,從而保證了降水井封堵質(zhì)量,避免了建筑物基礎(chǔ)底板滲漏現(xiàn)象。
