成都住宅建筑被動(dòng)式技術(shù)研究及其節(jié)能性能分析

【摘要】:被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)不僅是建筑熱環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的基本內(nèi)容,同時(shí)也能為建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo)。就成都居住建筑而言,建筑被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)略顯匱乏。針對(duì)以上問題,首先通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研和文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查的方式,梳理了成都居住建筑及其室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀,探討了成都居住建筑采用被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)的可行性和必要性。通過熱舒適調(diào)查和測(cè)試,確定了成都居住建筑室內(nèi)熱舒適的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過數(shù)值化仿真模擬技術(shù),并結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,給出了成都居住建筑被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案。對(duì)成都居住建筑的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析,結(jié)果表明:成都濕熱濕冷的氣候?qū)κ覂?nèi)熱舒適影響很大;建筑本身的布局和較差的外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)熱工性能等,均不能滿足室內(nèi)熱舒適的基本要求。急需對(duì)成都居住建筑的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行研究。同時(shí),對(duì)成都居住建筑室內(nèi)熱舒適進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)研究,將影響室內(nèi)熱舒適的四個(gè)因素與人體熱、濕感覺進(jìn)行回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響成都居住建筑室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境的的四個(gè)因素比重為:溫度濕度服裝熱阻/風(fēng)速。同時(shí)計(jì)算了成都居住建筑室內(nèi)的舒適溫度區(qū)間:冬季為13.82℃~19.17℃、夏季為26.87℃~30.07℃;舒適濕度區(qū)間為25.56%~89.13%。在室內(nèi)熱、濕舒適區(qū)間范圍的計(jì)算出,引入了評(píng)價(jià)成都居住建筑室內(nèi)熱舒適的指標(biāo):熱舒適率()和濕舒適率()。最后,從夏季隔熱和冬季保溫的角度,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,給出了成都居住建筑適宜采用的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)手段,以、為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合使用數(shù)值化仿真模擬技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)體系,得到了成都居住建筑被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案:組織合理的自然通風(fēng)、門窗洞口采取適當(dāng)?shù)恼陉柎胧?墻體采用傳熱系數(shù)為0.63(2??)的外保溫構(gòu)造,屋頂采用蓄水屋頂,
[Abstract]:Passive design is not only the basic content of building thermal environment design, but also provides guidance for building energy saving design. As far as Chengdu residential buildings are concerned, the passive design of buildings is slightly scarce. In view of the above problems, first of all, through the way of field investigation and literature investigation, this paper combs the present situation of Chengdu residential buildings and their indoor thermal environment, and probes into the feasibility and necessity of adopting passive design of Chengdu residential buildings. Through the investigation and test of thermal comfort, the evaluation standard of indoor thermal comfort of Chengdu residential building is determined, and the passive design technical scheme of Chengdu residential building is given through numerical simulation technology and economic analysis. The present situation of residential buildings in Chengdu is investigated and analyzed. The results show that the humid, hot, wet and cold climate in Chengdu has a great influence on indoor thermal comfort, and the layout of the building itself and the poor thermal performance of the outer guard structure can not meet the basic requirements of indoor thermal comfort. It is urgent to study the design technology of Chengdu residential building. At the same time, the indoor thermal comfort of residential buildings in Chengdu was studied on the spot, and the four factors affecting indoor thermal comfort were analyzed by regression analysis with human body thermal and wet sensations. it was found that the proportion of four factors affecting the indoor thermal environment of Chengdu residential buildings was temperature and humidity clothing thermal resistance / wind speed.
