北京1980年代典型老舊住宅適老性改造初探

【摘要】:未來幾十年內(nèi),空巢家庭激增將成為不可避免的社會現(xiàn)象,而居家養(yǎng)老將成為空巢家庭最為主導(dǎo)的養(yǎng)老模式,適老化改造水平則直接影響居家養(yǎng)老的質(zhì)量。選取北京20世紀(jì)80年代典型老舊住宅為案例進行住宅內(nèi)部及外環(huán)境的適老化改造,通過實地調(diào)研總結(jié)出多種改造方式并進行對比分析,旨在為不同條件下的適老化改造提供更多選擇。
[Abstract]:In the next few decades, the proliferation of empty nest families will become an inevitable social phenomenon, and home pension will become the most dominant pension model for empty nest families, and the level of aging transformation will directly affect the quality of home pension. This paper selects the typical old housing in Beijing in the 1980s as a case study to carry out the aging transformation of the internal and external environment of the house, and sums up a variety of transformation methods through field investigation and makes a comparative analysis. The purpose of this paper is to provide more options for aging transformation under different conditions.
