PC住宅施工安全關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:China is in a historic new period of industrialization, urbanization and rapid development of rural construction, facing the introduction of new policies such as building energy conservation and the historical opportunities of speeding up the development of green buildings. However, the current prefabricated structure in our country is not perfect because the management system is not perfect, the design, construction and use of the structure are lack of standard specifications, and the relevant construction technology and safety rules have not yet been established completely. The construction technology of prefabricated structure is not yet mature, and it can not meet the special requirements of safety measures in the construction process of the structure. In the process of construction, there are higher requirements for construction personnel by standardized operation, but the quality of workers is generally low, the safety management consciousness of each responsible subject is not strong, and the data for risk identification and assessment are lack. The safety management measures are not in place in the construction process. Based on the Changsha Xuhui International Square Project and the construction organization and management of prefabricated structure, this paper analyzes the risk of site component assembly of assembled concrete structure residential project. Including construction safety risk and technical risk, the construction process and construction safety management system suitable for key components are put forward, which is helpful for owners and related managers to analyze the safety risk of prefabricated residential buildings. The research results can provide a reference for the construction safety risk of similar prefabricated structures.
