超長保坍濕噴混凝土用聚羧酸系減水劑的應用性能評價

【摘要】:以坍落度損失率及擴展度損失率為主要考察指標,采用正交法制備出超長保坍濕噴混凝土用聚羧酸系減水劑,并對該減水劑進行了不同摻量、不同水泥品種、不同膠凝材料用量及不同環(huán)境溫度下的長時間保坍性能的評價。結果表明,該減水劑隨摻量的提高,坍落度及擴展度的保持性能得到顯著的提升,與不同水泥具有相對廣泛的高保坍適應性,但該減水劑需要一定用量的膠凝材料才能賦予濕噴混凝土長時間的高保坍性能;環(huán)境溫度對該減水劑的長時間保坍性能存在一定的影響,但該減水劑依然可以在40℃的環(huán)境溫度下實現(xiàn)超長時間(4~6 h)的保坍,滿足長時間泵送施工的技術要求。
[Abstract]:Taking the slump loss rate and expansion loss rate as the main indexes, the polycarboxylic acid series water reducer for super long slump retaining wet shotcrete was prepared by orthogonal method, and different dosage and cement varieties of the water reducer were carried out. Evaluation of long time slump retention of different cementitious materials and different ambient temperatures. The results show that with the increase of the content of the water reducer, the slump and expansion of the water reducer are significantly improved, and it has a relatively wide adaptability to high slump preservation with different cement. However, the water reducer needs a certain amount of cementitious material in order to give wet shotcrete high slump preservation performance for a long time. The ambient temperature has a certain influence on the slump retention performance of the superplasticizer for a long time, but the superabsorbent can still maintain collapse for a long time (4 脳 6 h) at the ambient temperature of 40 鈩,
