木-混凝土組合樓蓋振動舒適度有限元分析

【摘要】:應用ABAQUS有限元軟件對木-混凝土組合樓蓋的振動舒適度進行了分析,并探討了混凝土翼板的跨厚比和長寬比、木梁跨高比以及連接件對組合樓蓋振動舒適度的影響。結(jié)果表明:木-混凝土組合樓蓋的振動舒適度隨混凝土翼板跨厚比的減小和木梁跨高比的減小而提高;有效的連接是保證木-混凝土組合樓蓋協(xié)同工作的關鍵,采用了有效連接的木-混凝土組合樓蓋的振動舒適度要比沒有采用連接件的好得多,螺釘連接件的間距減小,同樣有助于提高組合樓蓋的振動舒適度;減小混凝土翼板的長寬比時,從自振頻率這一指標來看,木-混凝土組合樓蓋的振動舒適度在降低,但是從峰值加速度這一指標來看,其振動舒適度則在提高。在有限元分析的基礎上,建議采用自振頻率和峰值加速度的雙控指標作為木-混凝土組合樓蓋振動舒適度的評價標準,并可通過保證混凝土翼板與木梁之間有效的連接以及減小混凝土翼板的跨厚比或木梁的跨高比等方法來提高組合樓蓋的振動舒適度。
[Abstract]:The vibration comfort of wood-concrete composite floor is analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software, and the effects of span-thickness ratio and aspect ratio, span-height ratio of wood beam and connectors on vibration comfort of composite floor are discussed. The results show that the vibration comfort of wood-concrete composite floor increases with the decrease of span-thickness ratio of concrete wing and the decrease of span-height ratio of wood beam. Effective connection is the key to ensure the cooperative work of wood-concrete composite floor. The vibration comfort of wood-concrete composite floor with effective connection is much better than that without connector, and the distance between screw connectors is reduced. It is also helpful to improve the vibration comfort of the composite floor. When the aspect ratio of concrete wing is reduced, from the point of view of natural vibration frequency, the vibration comfort of wood-concrete composite floor is decreasing, but from the point of view of peak acceleration, the vibration comfort of wood-concrete composite floor is increasing. On the basis of finite element analysis, it is suggested that the double control index of natural vibration frequency and peak acceleration should be used as the evaluation standard of vibration comfort of wood-concrete composite floor. The vibration comfort of the composite floor can be improved by ensuring the effective connection between the concrete wing and the wooden beam and reducing the ratio of span to thickness of the concrete wing or the ratio of the span to height of the wood beam.
