B05級(jí)輕質(zhì)粉煤灰加氣混凝土板材試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究了不同配合比下水泥-石灰-粉煤灰體系加氣混凝土板材的發(fā)氣穩(wěn)定性、稠化速度、密度及強(qiáng)度等各項(xiàng)性能。結(jié)果表明,影響其基本性能的因素主要有原材料的鈣硅比、發(fā)氣劑的添加量、粉煤灰的基本性能、澆注溫度及影響其強(qiáng)度和韌性的添加劑等。最終確定穩(wěn)泡劑摻量為0.02%時(shí)的最佳配比為:m(水泥)∶m(石灰)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(石膏)∶m(鋁粉膏)∶m(廢漿)=13.6∶14.0∶62.6∶2.9∶0.1∶5.6;最佳養(yǎng)護(hù)制度為:60℃靜停2~4 h后,180℃蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)8 h,此時(shí)制備的加氣混凝土板材氣孔結(jié)構(gòu)最均勻,試塊勻質(zhì)性最好,密度為511 kg/m~3時(shí)的抗壓強(qiáng)度可以達(dá)到4.7 MPa。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the gassing stability, thickening speed, density and strength of cement lime fly ash aerated concrete plate with different mix ratio are studied. The results show that the main factors affecting its basic properties are the ratio of calcium to silicon of raw materials, the amount of aerating agent, the basic properties of fly ash, the pouring temperature and the additives affecting its strength and toughness.
