BIM技術(shù)在舊建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:自20世紀(jì)90年代初,我國開始興起舊建筑改造的熱潮,至今方興未艾。然而傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法在日益復(fù)雜的舊建筑改造過程中,遇到了一些技術(shù)瓶頸,諸如缺乏數(shù)字化的技術(shù)手段以及信息化的管理方法;各專業(yè)間協(xié)同性差;設(shè)計(jì)師僅憑主觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)或簡單的計(jì)算無法準(zhǔn)確判斷建筑改造的性能與優(yōu)劣,舊建筑改造科學(xué)性脆弱的毛病;漸漸落后于信息時(shí)代的腳步,從而導(dǎo)致了舊建筑改造系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化設(shè)計(jì)方法的缺失。然而這種現(xiàn)象得到了改善的契機(jī),因?yàn)檎狭舜罅拷ㄖ畔⒌哪P图夹g(shù)——BIM應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,簡稱BIM)是一種利用數(shù)字表達(dá)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目幾何、物理和功能信息以支持建筑全生命周期設(shè)計(jì)、施工、運(yùn)營、管理的技術(shù)、方法和過程,是信息化手段輔助建筑行業(yè)實(shí)踐的第二次革命性的技術(shù)變革。本文首先通過對(duì)舊建筑改造現(xiàn)狀的研究,總結(jié)歸納出舊建筑改造存在的問題,給出本課題的研究動(dòng)因,BIM以其本身所具有的優(yōu)化性、協(xié)同性、模擬性等理性設(shè)計(jì)層面的內(nèi)容,可彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的不足。繼而闡述BIM技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及其應(yīng)用分析,總結(jié)歸納出BIM技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)迎合了當(dāng)前舊建筑改造的自身需求及特點(diǎn),提出舊建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)引入BIM技術(shù)的緊迫性。最后重點(diǎn)論述了BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用下舊建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)變,探討如何運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)破解舊建筑改造在管理、協(xié)同、決策工作等方面的實(shí)踐難題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出指導(dǎo)性的應(yīng)用方法,以期對(duì)跨專業(yè)跨平臺(tái)的舊建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐有幫助。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of 1990's, China began to rise the upsurge of old building reconstruction, which is still in the ascendant. However, the traditional design method has encountered some technical bottlenecks in the process of complex old building reconstruction, such as the lack of digital technical means and the information management method, the poor synergy among the various professions, and the lack of cooperation among the various specialties. The designer can not accurately judge the performance and quality of the building reconstruction only by subjective experience or simple calculation, and the old building reconstruction is weak in science; Gradually lag behind the pace of the information age, resulting in the systematic transformation of old buildings, the lack of scientific design methods. However, this phenomenon has been improved because of the integration of a large amount of building information model technology-BIM came into being. Building Information Model (Building Information Modeling,) is a kind of technology, method and process that uses digital representation of geometric, physical and functional information of construction project to support the design, construction, operation and management of the whole life cycle of building. It is the second revolutionary technological change in the practice of the construction industry. In this paper, the existing problems of the old building reconstruction are summarized through the research on the present situation of the old building reconstruction, and the research motivation of this subject is given. The content of the rational design level such as optimization, synergy, simulation and so on, is given by BIM. It can make up for the deficiency of traditional design method. Then the characteristics of BIM technology and its application analysis are expounded. The advantages of BIM technology meet the needs and characteristics of the current old building reconstruction. The urgency of introducing BIM technology into the old building reconstruction design is put forward. Finally, the paper discusses the transformation of old building reconstruction design under the application of BIM technology, and discusses how to use the advantage of BIM technology to solve the practical problems in management, coordination, decision making and so on. On the basis of this, the guiding application method is summarized in order to be helpful to the design practice of cross-specialty and cross-platform old building reconstruction.
