基于用戶需求的BIM技術(shù)應用框架研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction industry, (Building Information Modeling (short for BIM) is the leading trend of the construction industry, and it has become an important research field for scholars and engineers in the field of construction. However, after the introduction of BIM technology from abroad into China, there are a large number of non-applicable situations, and the application of BIM technology in domestic engineering projects is seriously hindered because of the fact that the domestic application standards and specifications of BIM can not be directly quoted. Need a set of domestic feasible BIM standard system as the support to carry out the application. In this paper, by referring to a large number of documents and taking the user's demand for BIM technology as the starting point, this paper summarizes and analyzes the components of the application framework of the BIM technology, and verifies the framework content of the application of the BIM technology in combination with the practical application analysis method. The feasibility and generality of the standard framework are demonstrated. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the research status of BIM standards at home and abroad is summarized. (2) the classification of software tools and the classification of software hierarchy are analyzed from the point of view of the application of BIM technology. The analysis is based on the characteristics of different users in the project and the contents of the participation in the project. Find out the content of different users' requirements of BIM technology, and classify the content of the requirements. (4) through summing up and analyzing the application framework of BIM technology, we can get the composition content of BIM technology application framework, and make a foundation for further research on the application framework of BIM technology. And the composition of the content of in-depth analysis, refined BIM technology application framework component content. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the application of BIM technology depends on the support of software. The implementation of BIM needs a large number of related software to form an ecological circle, and the software ecosystem is divided according to its function. It can be divided into inner and outer ecosphere. The interior is mainly composed of model-building software. According to the specific application function, the exterior can be divided into BIM preliminary scheme design software, BIM visualization software, two-dimensional drawing and drawing software, BIM analysis software. The BIM model comprehensive testing software, the BIM deepening design software, the BIM green energy saving analysis software, the BIM multidimensional management software eight categories, the user carries on the match combination according to own use demand. (2) the BIM technology application comes from the user's demand, According to different users' requirements and application content of BIM technology, it is divided into visual virtual display, 3D simulation construction, target dynamic control, information integration management, collaborative work platform. There are six basic contents of model checking. (3) this paper analyzes the composition of BIM application framework, and concludes that the whole framework of BIM application is composed of BIM technology application flow, BIM data management, cooperative work platform, organization management, etc. The interaction of information requires five components, and has a deep understanding of each component of the framework content. The application framework of BIM technology involves a wide range of aspects and has a global guiding role to the implementation of BIM application. (4) through the analysis and study of practical cases, the application framework of BIM technology is verified. The application structure of BIM technology in this case accords with the content form of BIM technology framework obtained in this paper. The application framework of BIM technology obtained in this paper covers the application content of the whole case and proves the feasibility of the BIM technical framework.
