智能化小區(qū)電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:高層建筑的日益增加使得電梯的應(yīng)用更加廣泛,而電梯的安全運(yùn)行則成為電梯用戶和生產(chǎn)廠家都關(guān)注的重大問題。針對(duì)電梯安全運(yùn)行的各種相關(guān)技術(shù)也成為有關(guān)工程技術(shù)人員的重要課題。本課題針對(duì)智能化住宅小區(qū)電梯運(yùn)行安全管理的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了基于無線通信模塊的電梯運(yùn)行監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。運(yùn)用已經(jīng)比較成熟、完善的無線通信技術(shù),將電梯運(yùn)行的重要信息進(jìn)行采集后傳送至智能化小區(qū)的監(jiān)控中心,監(jiān)控中心對(duì)接收到電梯運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行記錄、分析和處理。發(fā)現(xiàn)異;蚬收,及時(shí)通知相關(guān)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)技術(shù)人員,以此來保證電梯的安全運(yùn)行。電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要由三大部分構(gòu)成,電梯數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、無線通信模塊和監(jiān)控中心主機(jī)。數(shù)據(jù)采集終端由單片微機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,其任務(wù)是將電梯的重要數(shù)據(jù)信息采集后傳送到無線通信模塊;無線通信模塊完成數(shù)據(jù)的收發(fā)。電梯監(jiān)控中心的主機(jī)采用一主多從的控制模式通過無線通信模塊采集被監(jiān)控電梯的信息。監(jiān)控中心既可以實(shí)時(shí)查看每個(gè)電梯的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)(運(yùn)行/停機(jī)/故障)也能夠?qū)﹄娞莸倪\(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行記錄、分析和處理,供用戶隨時(shí)查看,從而組成電梯安全運(yùn)行的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括,分析國內(nèi)電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)當(dāng)前使用的幾種主要電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的工作原理及實(shí)現(xiàn)方式進(jìn)行了分析和比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了針對(duì)智能化小區(qū)的電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)總體方案,硬件設(shè)計(jì)包括數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、無線通信模塊,軟件設(shè)計(jì)包括數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、電梯監(jiān)控中心,并介紹了電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試、測(cè)試工作。最后對(duì)本課題的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:The increasing number of high-rise buildings makes the elevator more widely used, and the safe operation of elevator has become a major concern of elevator users and manufacturers. For elevator safety operation of various related technologies have become an important subject of engineering and technical personnel. Aiming at the demand of elevator operation safety management in intelligent residential area, a wireless communication module based elevator operation monitoring system is designed. Using the mature and perfect wireless communication technology, the important information of elevator operation is collected and transmitted to the monitoring center of the intelligent community. The monitoring center records, analyzes and processes the elevator operation data. To ensure the safe operation of elevators, timely notify the related maintenance technicians if abnormal or malfunction is found. Elevator monitoring system is mainly composed of three parts, elevator data acquisition terminal, wireless communication module and monitoring center host. The data acquisition terminal is controlled by a single chip microcomputer, whose task is to transmit the important data information of the elevator to the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module completes the data sending and receiving. The host computer of the elevator monitoring center uses a master multiple slave control mode to collect the information of the monitored elevator through wireless communication module. The monitoring center can not only view the running status of each elevator (running / shutdown / failure) in real time, but also record, analyze and process the operation data of the elevator, which can be viewed by the user at any time, so as to form a monitoring system for the safe operation of the elevator. The main contents of this paper are as follows: analyzing the research status of domestic elevator remote monitoring system, analyzing and comparing the working principle and realization of several kinds of elevator remote monitoring system used at present. On this basis, the overall scheme of elevator monitoring system for intelligent community is designed. The hardware design includes data acquisition terminal, wireless communication module, software design including data acquisition terminal, elevator monitoring center. It also introduces the debugging and testing of elevator monitoring system. Finally, the research of this topic is summarized and prospected.
