【摘要】：本文對(duì)舊廠房改造中的樓梯設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了深入的分析和研究。從起源、發(fā)展到創(chuàng)新,全面的描述、分析了樓梯從簡(jiǎn)單到復(fù)雜、由封閉到開敞的過程。全文不但關(guān)注于樓梯本身的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能是否符合空間使用的便利,還重點(diǎn)的敘述了樓梯功能性與人文性之間的聯(lián)系；列舉了舊廠房改造中樓梯的多種類型,指出了現(xiàn)在舊廠房樓梯建造的普遍問題：灰色系的材質(zhì)加上簡(jiǎn)單的建造形式,淹沒在廠房冰冷的機(jī)器中,總會(huì)讓人忽略這些樓梯的價(jià)值何在。闡述了改造后的樓梯在使用功能和視覺上與人們和建筑的密切聯(lián)系；探討了改造樓梯在室內(nèi)空間所起到的重要作用：樓梯時(shí)建筑室內(nèi)空間中的一個(gè)重要符號(hào),如果這個(gè)符號(hào)應(yīng)用的得體,不但會(huì)提升室內(nèi)空間的質(zhì)感,更會(huì)提高整個(gè)建筑的質(zhì)感。相反,如果應(yīng)用不當(dāng),會(huì)令整個(gè)建筑黯然失色。這也就是上文中提到的人文性在樓梯中的應(yīng)用。我們?cè)谠O(shè)計(jì)樓梯的時(shí)候應(yīng)當(dāng)充分考慮到樓梯在室內(nèi)甚至整個(gè)建筑中是否融合,是否同建筑的屬性乃至風(fēng)格相匹配。只有充分的細(xì)節(jié)才能提升建筑的整個(gè)品質(zhì)。針對(duì)上述的深入研究,作者提出了改造樓梯的各類設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用的方法。要使舊房改造中的樓梯設(shè)計(jì)水平能夠有質(zhì)的飛越,設(shè)計(jì)師必須具備精品意識(shí)、重視細(xì)節(jié)的研究解決；必須充分的了解各種材料。本文的研究就是開闊舊廠房樓梯改造的設(shè)計(jì)范疇,為今后的設(shè)計(jì)提供更多新穎、前衛(wèi)的思潮。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the staircase design in the renovation of the old factory building is deeply analyzed and studied. From origin, development to innovation, the paper analyzes the process of staircase from simple to complex, from closed to open. The full text not only pays close attention to whether the structure and function of staircase itself accord with the convenience of space use, but also narrates the connection between the function of staircase and humanity. This paper enumerates various types of staircases in the retrofit of old factory buildings, and points out the common problems in the construction of staircases in old factories: the materials of the gray color system and the simple construction form are submerged in the cold machinery of the factory buildings. The value of these staircases is always overlooked. This paper expounds the close relation between the use function and vision of the retrofitted staircase and the people and architecture. This paper probes into the important function of reconstructing stairs in indoor space: an important symbol in the indoor space of the building when the staircase is used, if the symbol is applied appropriately, it will not only enhance the texture of indoor space, but also enhance the texture of the whole building. On the contrary, if not applied properly, the whole building will be eclipsed. This is the above mentioned in the application of humanism in the staircase. When we design the staircase, we should consider whether the staircase is integrated in the interior or even in the whole building, and whether it matches the property and style of the building. Only sufficient details can improve the overall quality of the building. In view of the above research, the author puts forward various methods of design and application of retrofit staircase. In order to make the staircase design level in the old house transformation to be able to fly over qualitatively, the designer must have the consciousness of fine goods, attach importance to the research and solution of details, and must fully understand all kinds of materials. The research of this paper is to widen the design scope of staircase transformation of old factory building and provide more novel and avantgarde thoughts for future design.
