【摘要】：項目群成本高、工期長、風(fēng)險大,施工中出現(xiàn)的問題繁雜多樣,必須對項目群施工進(jìn)度有效控制。此外,項目群施工過程中項目眾多,需要資源繁雜,資源分配難度大,容易出現(xiàn)某時段內(nèi)資源分配不均衡,也十分容易出現(xiàn)某些資源的短缺,如何合理的分配和使用資源是項目群施工進(jìn)度控制的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。本文首先總結(jié)了進(jìn)度計劃編制、項目群施工進(jìn)度控制、項目群協(xié)同控制、基于資源優(yōu)化配置的進(jìn)度控制等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,對現(xiàn)狀的項目群管理的水平和方向有了一個總體的把控。在國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了項目群的定義、項目群控制特征,分析了項目群施工階段特點,闡述了施工進(jìn)度計劃的理論、編制方法和控制方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過項目群控制流程、項目群進(jìn)度控制和多維度施工進(jìn)度控制關(guān)鍵技術(shù)三方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述和分析。依據(jù)項目群關(guān)鍵技術(shù),詳細(xì)研究了項目優(yōu)先級的確定、工作結(jié)構(gòu)的分解、子項目工期優(yōu)化和多維度施工進(jìn)度控制模型構(gòu)建�；陉P(guān)鍵鏈方法,研究了項目群施工進(jìn)度計劃編制方法,著重闡述了項目群進(jìn)度計劃的影響因素、編制目標(biāo)的確定、關(guān)鍵鏈的確定和緩沖區(qū)的設(shè)置。因項目群各項目的差異化,對目標(biāo)整合時,需要識別目標(biāo)沖突、分析成因、消解沖突。針對項目群施工資源配置中出現(xiàn)資源配置不均衡導(dǎo)致拖延工期的問題,應(yīng)用概率論原理,以方差作為衡量指標(biāo),以方差最小為目標(biāo),構(gòu)建項目群資源均衡配置的模型,從而實現(xiàn)資源均勻分配,通過實例比較分析,顯著的提高了平衡度,驗證了資源均衡優(yōu)化模型的有效性�；谝�(guī)劃理論構(gòu)建了資源供給不足時項目群資源優(yōu)化配置模型。應(yīng)用規(guī)劃理論,建立了關(guān)于人工、材料資源分配的線性模型,以延遲工期最短和增加成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),合理地分配資源。并通過實例應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析,為實際工程中出現(xiàn)狀況時如何優(yōu)化配置提供了參考。最后提出了項目群施工進(jìn)度控制措施,從施工進(jìn)度的跟蹤入手,找出偏差原因,確定調(diào)整偏差的方法,對快速回歸正常的施工進(jìn)度起到關(guān)鍵作用。
[Abstract]:The construction schedule of the project group must be controlled effectively because of its high cost, long construction period, great risk and various problems in construction. In addition, there are many projects in the construction process of the project group, which require a lot of resources and are difficult to allocate. It is easy to find that the distribution of resources is not balanced within a certain period of time, and it is also easy to appear the shortage of some resources. How to allocate and use resources rationally is a key part of project group construction schedule control. Firstly, this paper summarizes the status quo of progress planning, project group construction schedule control, project group collaborative control, scheduling control based on optimal allocation of resources, and so on. There is an overall control over the level and direction of current project group management. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the definition of project group, the characteristics of project group control, analyzes the characteristics of construction stage of project group, and expounds the theory, compilation method and control method of construction schedule plan. On this basis, through the project group control flow, the project group schedule control and multi-dimensional construction progress control key technologies are described and analyzed in detail. According to the key technology of project group, the determination of project priority, the decomposition of work structure, the optimization of subproject duration and the construction of multi-dimensional construction schedule control model are studied in detail. Based on the method of critical chain, this paper studies the method of making construction schedule of project group, and emphatically expounds the influencing factors of project group schedule, the determination of compiling goal, the determination of key chain and the setting of buffer zone. Because of the difference of each project in the project group, it is necessary to identify the conflict, analyze the cause of formation and resolve the conflict. In view of the problem that the unbalanced allocation of construction resources in the project group leads to the delay of the construction period, applying the principle of probability theory, taking the variance as the measure index and taking the minimum variance as the goal, the model of the balanced allocation of the resources of the project group is constructed. Through the comparison and analysis of examples, the balance degree is improved significantly, and the effectiveness of the resource equilibrium optimization model is verified. Based on the planning theory, the optimal allocation model of project group resources is constructed when the supply of resources is insufficient. Based on the programming theory, a linear model for the allocation of artificial and material resources is established. The objective functions are the shortest delay period and the minimum increase cost, and the resources are allocated reasonably. It provides a reference for how to optimize the configuration when the situation occurs in the actual project. Finally, the paper puts forward the control measures of project group construction schedule, starting with the track of construction progress, finds out the cause of deviation and determines the method of adjusting deviation, which plays a key role in returning to normal construction progress quickly.
