蕪湖某超高層綜合性商業(yè)中心(65層)給水排水工程設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著超高層建筑的迅速發(fā)展,建筑物對給水排水工程提出了更高更新的要求。同時(shí),建筑給水排水工程涵蓋的內(nèi)容也更加廣泛,系統(tǒng)也更加復(fù)雜。超高層建筑工程面積大、功能復(fù)雜,對建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)和建筑設(shè)備等要求較高,其中建筑設(shè)備直接關(guān)系到超高層建筑的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。因此,對作為建筑設(shè)備主要內(nèi)容之一建筑給水排水工程的設(shè)計(jì)與研究也越來越引起人們的高度重視。結(jié)合我國建筑給水排水工程設(shè)計(jì)與施工的新規(guī)范和節(jié)能減排政策,本課題對安徽蕪湖某超高層建筑進(jìn)行了精心設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算。同時(shí),針對設(shè)計(jì)中遇到的一些問題,進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致的分析與探討。其主要內(nèi)容包括施工圖繪制、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和設(shè)計(jì)研究。施工圖繪制主要涵蓋給水、消防和排水等系統(tǒng)的平面圖和系統(tǒng)圖;設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算主要涵蓋生活給水、消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)的水力計(jì)算;設(shè)計(jì)研究主要針對供水方案的選擇、雨水的回收利用、集中熱水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)、管材的選用與分析等問題進(jìn)行了分析與探討。供水方案的選擇關(guān)系到供水的可靠性、工程投資和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用等,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)充分考慮利用市政管網(wǎng)壓力,合理確定超高層建筑給水系統(tǒng)分區(qū)數(shù)、分區(qū)位置及各區(qū)的加壓方式及供水方式;選擇適當(dāng)?shù)募袩崴⿷?yīng)系統(tǒng)熱源是節(jié)能的重要措施之一;超高層建筑的雨水的收集回收與利用是充分利用水資源的有效措施;給排水管材的選擇,對實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)中的建筑功能和價(jià)值、提高使用壽命至關(guān)重要,文中對超高層建筑的冷、熱水給水管材及排水管材選擇進(jìn)行了分析,指出了管材選擇中應(yīng)該把握的關(guān)鍵問題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of super-high-rise buildings, water supply and drainage engineering is required to be renewed. At the same time, the construction water supply and drainage project covers a wider range of content, the system is more complex. The engineering area of super high-rise building is large and the function is complex, and the requirements for building, structure and construction equipment are high, among which the construction equipment is directly related to the economic and social benefits of super high-rise building. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the design and research of water supply and sewerage engineering, which is one of the main contents of construction equipment. Combined with the new design and construction of water supply and sewerage engineering in our country and the policy of energy saving and emission reduction, a super high-rise building in Wuhu, Anhui Province, was carefully designed and calculated. At the same time, some problems encountered in the design are analyzed and discussed in detail. The main contents include construction drawing, design calculation and design research. Construction drawing mainly covers the plan and system diagram of water supply, fire control and drainage system, the design and calculation mainly covers the hydraulic calculation of water supply system, fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system. The design and research are mainly focused on the selection of water supply scheme, the recovery and utilization of Rain Water, the centralized hot water supply system, and the selection and analysis of pipes. The selection of water supply scheme is related to the reliability of water supply, project investment and operation cost, etc. In the design, it is necessary to take full account of the pressure of municipal pipe network and reasonably determine the partition number of water supply system of super high-rise building. One of the important measures to save energy is to select proper heat source of centralized hot water supply system, and the collection, recovery and utilization of Rain Water in super high-rise buildings are effective measures to make full use of water resources. The selection of water supply and drainage pipe is very important to realize the building function and value in the design and to improve the service life. The selection of cold, hot water supply pipe and drainage pipe for super high-rise building is analyzed in this paper. The key problems in pipe selection are pointed out.
