【摘要】：房屋質(zhì)量檢測(cè)是房屋建成交付前的一項(xiàng)重要工作,若房屋質(zhì)量檢測(cè)不合格,將無(wú)法進(jìn)入正常銷售。常規(guī)的房屋檢測(cè)需要多人多臺(tái)測(cè)量設(shè)備配合才可以完成所有的工作,不僅作業(yè)繁瑣,且測(cè)量精度也不高。但應(yīng)用徠卡3D DISTO儀器并結(jié)合徠卡上海技術(shù)中心開發(fā)的"3D DISTO房屋質(zhì)量檢測(cè)程序"即可完成大部分的檢測(cè)工作,并且全部工作僅需要一個(gè)操作人員,測(cè)量精度也較傳統(tǒng)方法有明顯的提高。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,介紹了徠卡3D DISTO在房屋質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Housing quality inspection is an important work before building completion and delivery. If the house quality test is not qualified, it will not be able to enter the normal sales. In order to complete all the work, the conventional house inspection needs many people and many measuring equipments, which is not only tedious, but also low in measuring precision. But with the Leica 3D DISTO instrument and the "3D DISTO House quality Test Program" developed by the Leica Shanghai Technology Center, most of the testing can be done, and all the work requires only one operator. The measurement accuracy is also improved obviously compared with the traditional method. This paper introduces the application of Leica 3D DISTO in house quality inspection.
