聚合物改性高性能混凝土力學性能與抗凍性研究

【摘要】:聚合物改性混凝土是指將水泥和骨料在混合的時候與分散在水中、或者可以在水中分散的有機聚合物材料結合所生成的復合材料,聚合物混凝土的特點是強度高、吸水率低、耐化學性好、固化周期短以及應用范圍廣。但對于聚合物混凝土而言,目前尚缺乏高效的增強材料,因此尋找合適的纖維作為增強體材料,進一步提高聚合物混凝土的性能具有重要的研究意義。本研究首先測定了不同配比下聚合物改型混凝土的力學性能,通過正交實驗確定了最佳的配料混合比,并在此基礎上對進行了混凝土的聚合物改性技術研究,測定了改性后混凝土的力學性能和抗凍性。實驗結果表明:選擇的聚合物改型混凝土的最佳配合比為:水泥:砂子:石子:用水量:FDN用量=1∶1.30∶2.42∶0.42∶0.01(單位:kg/m3)。而且,將聚合物乳液添加到混凝土中,不但改善了原有混凝土的性能,而且使聚合物混凝土具有普通混凝土所不具備的特殊用途—修補工程。
[Abstract]:Polymer modified concrete is a composite material formed when cement and aggregate are mixed with organic polymer materials dispersed in water or can be dispersed in water. Polymer concrete is characterized by high strength and low water absorption. Good chemical resistance, short curing period and wide range of application. However, for polymer concrete, there is still a lack of efficient reinforcement materials, so it is of great significance to find suitable fibers as reinforcements to further improve the performance of polymer concrete. In this study, the mechanical properties of polymer modified concrete with different proportions were measured, and the optimum blending ratio was determined by orthogonal experiment. On the basis of this, the polymer modification technology of concrete was studied. The mechanical properties and frost resistance of modified concrete were measured. The experimental results show that the optimum mix ratio of polymer modified concrete is: cement: sand: stone: water consumption: 1: 1.30: 2.42: 0.422: 0.01 (unit: kg / m ~ 3). Moreover, adding polymer emulsion to concrete not only improves the performance of the original concrete, but also makes the polymer concrete have a special purpose that ordinary concrete does not have.
