粘滯阻尼器與磁流變彈性體阻尼器對高層工業(yè)廠房混合控制振動臺試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究粘滯阻尼器和磁流變彈性體阻尼器的混合結(jié)構(gòu)控制對大偏心高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)化工廠房的減震效果,將12個粘滯阻尼器安裝在設(shè)備四周,12個磁流變彈性體阻尼器以層間支撐形式安裝在鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)中,分別對無控結(jié)構(gòu)、粘滯阻尼器的單一控制結(jié)構(gòu)以及粘滯阻尼器和磁流變彈性體阻尼器的混合控制結(jié)構(gòu)進行八度罕遇Eicentro波、TAFT波、人工波(峰值為400 cm/s2)作用下的振動臺試驗。通過對結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)的對比分析,結(jié)果表明:粘滯阻尼器的單一控制對設(shè)備的減震效果很好,對鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)的減震效果很小;而兩種阻尼器的混合控制對鋼框架和設(shè)備都起到了很好的控制效果,并且兩種阻尼器的混合控制優(yōu)于單一阻尼器控制。
[Abstract]:In order to study the damping effect of viscous dampers and magnetorheological elastomer dampers, 12 viscous dampers were installed around the equipment, and 12 magnetorheological elastomer dampers were installed in the steel frame structure in the form of interlayer support, respectively, on the uncontrolled structure and viscous dampers, respectively. A control structure and a hybrid control structure of viscous dampers and magnetorheological elastomer dampers are used to carry out a shaking table test under the action of eight degrees Eicentro wave, TAFT wave and artificial wave (peak value of 400 cm/s2). By comparing the structural response, the results show that the single control of the viscous damper has a good shock absorption effect on the equipment. The damping effect of the frame structure is very small, and the mixed control of the two kinds of dampers has a good control effect on the steel frame and the equipment, and the mixed control of the two kinds of dampers is superior to the single damper control.
