【摘要】：在全球范圍內(nèi)的城市更新進程中,隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,那些在歷史文化領(lǐng)域獨樹一幟的工業(yè)建筑首當(dāng)其沖。通過對工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)進行針對性的更新改造,使其承載起滿足創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所需的要求,既可以達到保護工業(yè)建筑的目的,也促進了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,這是雙贏的手段,因此對其進行深入研究具有重要理論意義和實踐價值。就目前的社會現(xiàn)狀,雖然對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)興起狀況的研究已經(jīng)很深入,對于工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)改造的研究亦趨成熟,但是將其二者共同分析的理論較少。本文的研究的創(chuàng)新點就是:在總結(jié)前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過實地考察,對將其二者結(jié)合發(fā)展的可能性進行深入剖析,并提出一些可行的設(shè)計辦法。本文首先對國內(nèi)外結(jié)合創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)進行更新的歷史沿革、開發(fā)模式做了總結(jié)性分析;考察了我國北京、上海等現(xiàn)有利用工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園比較成熟的例子,從園區(qū)的規(guī)劃、建筑空間、綠色建筑設(shè)計等方面對其進行了定量、定性比較和類型歸納;總結(jié)出利用工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園設(shè)計方法和策略。最后,通過對北京市焦化廠工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)公園的考察以及改造方案的設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)論證利用工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園設(shè)計方法與策略。希望通過本文,能為結(jié)合工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)進行創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)的工作盡一些微薄之力。
[Abstract]:In the process of urban renewal in the world, with the adjustment of industrial structure, the industrial buildings which are unique in the field of history and culture bear the brunt. Through the targeted renovation and transformation of the industrial building heritage to meet the needs of the development of the creative industry, it can not only achieve the purpose of protecting industrial buildings, but also promote the development of the creative industry, which is a win-win means. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical value to further study it. As far as the present social situation is concerned, although the research on the rise of creative industry has been very thorough, and the research on the transformation of industrial architectural heritage has become mature, there are few theories to analyze the two together. The innovation of this paper is: on the basis of summing up the previous studies, through the field investigation, the possibility of combining the two is analyzed, and some feasible design methods are put forward. In this paper, the author makes a summary analysis of the historical evolution and development model of industrial architectural heritage in combination with creative industries at home and abroad, and investigates the mature examples of developing creative industrial parks using industrial heritage in China, such as Beijing and Shanghai. From the aspects of park planning, architectural space, green building design and so on, this paper makes a quantitative, qualitative comparison and type induction, and summarizes the design methods and strategies of creative industrial park using industrial heritage. Finally, through the investigation of the industrial building heritage park of Beijing coking plant and the design of the renovation scheme, the design method and strategy of the creative industrial park using industrial heritage are systematically demonstrated. It is hoped that this paper can contribute to the construction of creative industrial parks combined with industrial architectural heritage.
