溴-銻復(fù)配體系對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)油庫(kù)混凝土設(shè)施迷彩涂料阻燃性研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)油庫(kù)混凝土設(shè)施對(duì)迷彩涂料阻燃性能特殊要求,設(shè)計(jì)了溴-銻復(fù)配體系阻燃劑基本組成配方。通過(guò)燃燒性能測(cè)試和熱失質(zhì)量分析研究了不同Br/Sb物質(zhì)的量之比下復(fù)配體系的阻燃效果,得到了阻燃效果較好的最佳配比(物質(zhì)的量之比為3∶1),并分析了溴-銻阻燃劑復(fù)配體系的協(xié)同阻燃機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:溴-銻復(fù)配體系應(yīng)用于偽裝涂料后阻燃性能好,滿足油庫(kù)防火安全要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the special requirements for the flame retardancy of camouflage paint in the concrete facilities of airport oil depot, the basic composition of flame retardant of bromine antimony compound system was designed. The flame-retardant effect of the composite system with different ratio of Br/Sb materials was studied by means of combustion performance test and heat loss mass analysis. The best ratio of flame retardant (the ratio of substance to substance is 3: 1) was obtained, and the synergistic flame retardant mechanism of bromin-antimony flame retardant was analyzed. The results showed that the flame retardant property of bromine antimony compound system applied to camouflage coating was good, which met the fire safety requirements of oil depot.
