用紅砂巖制備加氣混凝土的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以紅砂巖為硅質(zhì)原材料制備加氣混凝土,分析了紅砂巖細(xì)度、蒸養(yǎng)溫度和鋁粉膏摻量對加氣混凝土密度和強(qiáng)度的影響,通過正交試驗(yàn)確定加氣混凝土最佳配合比,并借助XRD和SEM等手段對樣品進(jìn)行了微觀分析。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)紅砂巖細(xì)度為200目篩篩余6.8%,蒸養(yǎng)溫度為185℃,鋁粉膏用量為0.1%時(shí),其最優(yōu)配合比為:紅砂巖58%、水泥12%、石灰28%、石膏2%,水料比0.62。所制備的加氣混凝土符合A3.5、B06級(jí)加氣混凝土優(yōu)等品要求,其產(chǎn)物主要有托貝莫來石和C-S-H凝膠,并相互穿插膠結(jié),形成良好的空間網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Taking red sandstone as silica raw material to prepare aerated concrete, the effects of fineness of red sandstone, steaming temperature and amount of aluminum paste on density and strength of aerated concrete are analyzed. The optimum mix ratio of aerated concrete is determined by orthogonal test. The microanalysis of the samples was carried out by means of XRD and SEM. The results show that when the fineness of red sandstone is 200 mesh sieve remaining 6.8, steaming temperature is 185 鈩,
