【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展和進步,由于人們對社會生活提出的要求和社會自身發(fā)展的需求,迫使事物和其存在的環(huán)境需要做出適當改變。流動性餐飲這種非正式的空間形式在社會的發(fā)展中是必然存在的,但是由于它的非正式性而常常被大家所忽略,它在社會發(fā)展中給城市帶來便利的同時也給城市帶來了諸多問題。針對流動性餐飲空間存在所產生的諸多問題,我們不能采用取締的方法來解決問題,而應對其進行再創(chuàng)造式發(fā)展,做到包容、兼顧。通過一些設計手法,最終做到流動性餐飲空間的規(guī)范化,并且以一種全新的面貌呈現(xiàn),延續(xù)了這種美食文化空間的存在。筆者首先通過有深度的閱讀及了解流動餐飲空間的發(fā)展概況做出對流動餐飲空間的概念界定。再通過對固定餐飲空間與流動餐飲空間異同點的分析,研究流動餐飲空間設計上應該把握的重點。其次,通過實地調研,采用觀察、拍照、訪談、調查問卷等方法,系統(tǒng)地把握我國流動性餐飲空間目前的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問題。有針對性的分析流動餐飲空間的設計需求,解決流動餐飲空間所帶來的一系列問題,并根據(jù)流動餐飲空間的空間特性提出優(yōu)化方案,進行概念手繪繪制,最終生成模擬空間。本文轉變立足點,從設計的角度解決流動餐飲模式與城市發(fā)展、城市管理之間的矛盾,讓流動餐飲空間與城市相互之間協(xié)調發(fā)展。筆者認為對于流動性餐飲空間的設計上要著重把握實用性、美觀性和生態(tài)性這三點原則。最終使流動餐飲空間向輕型化、便捷化、多功能、藝術性方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of society, due to the demands of social life and the development of society itself, things and their existing environment need to be changed properly. The informal spatial form of mobile catering is inevitable in the development of society, but it is often ignored because of its informality. It brings convenience to the city in the social development, but also brings many problems to the city. In view of the many problems caused by the existence of mobile dining space, we can't solve the problem by outlawing, but we should carry on the re-creation development to be inclusive and balanced. Through some design techniques, the standardization of mobile dining space is finally achieved, and presented with a new appearance, which continues the existence of this kind of food culture space. Firstly, the author defines the concept of mobile dining space through deep reading and understanding of the development of mobile dining space. Through the analysis of the similarities and differences between the fixed dining space and the mobile dining space, this paper studies the key points in the design of the mobile dining space. Secondly, through field investigation, using observation, photo, interview, questionnaire and other methods, systematically grasp the current situation and existing problems of mobile catering space in China. This paper analyzes the design requirements of mobile dining space, solves a series of problems brought about by mobile dining space, and puts forward an optimization scheme according to the spatial characteristics of mobile dining space, carries on the concept hand-drawn drawing, and finally generates the simulated space. This article changes the foothold, solves the contradiction between the mobile dining mode and the city development, the city management from the design angle, lets the mobile dining space and the city coordinate development mutually. The author believes that the design of mobile dining space should focus on the three principles of practicality, aesthetics and ecology. Finally, the mobile dining space to light, convenient, multi-functional, artistic direction development.
