基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)生產(chǎn)力快速發(fā)展,建筑行業(yè)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用加快了工程項(xiàng)目施工的進(jìn)度與效率,由于我國(guó)的建筑業(yè)技術(shù)水平較低并且管理水平更新速度較慢,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)建筑業(yè)發(fā)展滯后。在以前施工過(guò)程中,工期拖延、質(zhì)量下降、效率偏低、安全管理體系不完善及各專業(yè)工程師信息交流不全面的現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重。BIM(Building Information Modeling)在施工階段中的應(yīng)用提高了施工技術(shù)水平和管理水平,同時(shí)它建立了涵蓋設(shè)計(jì)及施工階段的信息庫(kù)。BIM技術(shù)在施工階段的深化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用將提高工程施工過(guò)程中的信息利用率,為工程施工各階段、各參與方之間的信息集成與共享提供平臺(tái),依據(jù)BIM技術(shù)信息平臺(tái),可以有效對(duì)施工圖紙進(jìn)行深化設(shè)計(jì),更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)工程項(xiàng)目信息深化設(shè)計(jì)的目的。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)BIM技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀,在深化設(shè)計(jì)中運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)是當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)工程建設(shè)行業(yè)重要的研究課題。本論文首先闡述傳統(tǒng)施工階段存在的問(wèn)題,如工期拖延、質(zhì)量下降、效益偏低,安全管理體系不完善及各專業(yè)工程師溝通不協(xié)調(diào)等,分析了存在問(wèn)題的原因,并提出基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)是解決施工圖紙問(wèn)題的有效方法;其次介紹了BIM技術(shù)的軟件及其應(yīng)用,分析目前國(guó)內(nèi)外常用軟件的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用選擇最佳的軟件組合。對(duì)比分析BIM技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)CAD以及基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)與傳統(tǒng)深化設(shè)計(jì)的區(qū)別,從而體現(xiàn)BIM技術(shù)在深化設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值;同時(shí)介紹BIM團(tuán)隊(duì)的組織構(gòu)架以及各專業(yè)建模標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這是BIM深化設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)遵守的規(guī)范;通過(guò)實(shí)際工程案例展現(xiàn)基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用情況,創(chuàng)建應(yīng)用分析模型和制定深化設(shè)計(jì)的流程,利用基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)模式,通過(guò)Revit、Autodesk Navisworks Manage等軟件平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目深化設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用,查找2D施工圖紙的錯(cuò)誤并標(biāo)注具體位置,整理為設(shè)計(jì)圖紙問(wèn)題報(bào)告。通過(guò)BIM的3D建筑信息模型對(duì)施工階段的建筑進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)模擬,使各專業(yè)工程師通過(guò)會(huì)議討論施工遇到的難點(diǎn)提出解決方案;贐IM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)能夠有效解決管線沖突與碰撞,施工前利用Autodesk Navisworks Manage軟件檢查管線碰撞問(wèn)題并記錄碰撞位置,整理為碰撞報(bào)告,這是機(jī)電施工人員布置管線的施工依據(jù);最后根據(jù)BIM技術(shù)在深化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用的情況,總結(jié)基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)在國(guó)內(nèi)建筑領(lǐng)域中推廣應(yīng)用遇到的困難并提出應(yīng)對(duì)措施。本課題詳細(xì)闡述了基于BIM技術(shù)的深化設(shè)計(jì)在工程中應(yīng)用的原理、流程和應(yīng)對(duì)一系列問(wèn)題采取的措施,為建筑領(lǐng)域中其他施工企業(yè)在深化設(shè)計(jì)中采用BIM技術(shù)提供借鑒并為施工企業(yè)在施工過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題提供有效解決方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of scientific productivity, the application of new technology in construction industry speeds up the progress and efficiency of construction projects. Because of the low technical level of construction industry and the slow updating speed of management level in our country, the development of construction industry in our country lags behind. In the previous construction process, the construction period was delayed, the quality decreased, and the efficiency was low. The phenomenon of imperfect safety management system and incomplete exchange of information among professional engineers is serious. The application of BIMU Building Information Modeling in the construction stage has improved the level of construction technology and management. At the same time, the further application of BIM technology, which covers the design and construction stages, will improve the utilization ratio of information in the construction process. According to the BIM technology information platform, the information integration and sharing platform among the participants can effectively deepen the design of construction drawings, and better realize the purpose of deepening the design of engineering project information. According to the research status of BIM technology in China, the application of BIM technology in the deepening design is an important research topic in the domestic engineering construction industry. In this paper, the problems existing in the traditional construction stage, such as the delay of the construction period, the decline of the quality, the low efficiency, the imperfect safety management system and the incoordination of the communication among the professional engineers, etc., are discussed in this paper, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed. It is proposed that the deepening design based on BIM technology is an effective method to solve the problem of construction drawing. Secondly, the software of BIM technology and its application are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of common software at home and abroad are analyzed. Choose the best software combination for the further design application based on BIM technology. The difference between the BIM technology and the traditional CAD, the deepening design based on BIM technology and the traditional deepening design is analyzed, so as to reflect the application value of BIM technology in the deepening design, at the same time, the organization structure of BIM team and the professional modeling standards are introduced. This is the standard that BIM deepens the design team to abide by, through the actual engineering case to show the deepening design application situation based on the BIM technology, to create the application analysis model and to make the process of deepening the design, and to utilize the deepening design pattern based on the BIM technology. The application of deepening the design of engineering construction project is realized through the software platform such as Autodesk Navisworks Manage. The error of 2D construction drawing is searched and the concrete position is marked out, and the problem report of design drawing is sorted out. Through the 3D building information model of BIM, the dynamic simulation of the construction stage is carried out, and the solutions to the difficulties encountered in the construction are discussed by the meeting of the professional engineers. The further design based on BIM technology can effectively solve the pipeline collision and collision. Before construction, the Autodesk Navisworks Manage software is used to check the pipeline collision problem and record the collision location, which is the basis for the construction of the mechanical and electrical construction personnel to arrange the pipeline. Finally, according to the application of BIM technology in deepening design, this paper summarizes the difficulties of deepening design based on BIM technology in the field of architecture in China and puts forward some countermeasures. The principle, flow chart and measures to solve a series of problems are described in detail in this paper, which is based on BIM technology. This paper provides reference for other construction enterprises in the field of construction to adopt BIM technology in deepening design and provides effective solutions to the problems encountered in construction process of construction enterprises.
