【摘要】：隨著我國全面進入老齡化社會、老年人口數(shù)量迅速增加以及傳統(tǒng)居家養(yǎng)老觀念的改變,老年公寓變成傳統(tǒng)家庭式養(yǎng)老模式的重要補充和加強。老年公寓能夠為老年人提供獨立居住單元,配備有符合老年人生理和心理特點的生活服務(wù)和護理系統(tǒng),并能夠讓老人享受周邊社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施,避免老人與社會脫節(jié)。然而,人在逐漸老化的過程中,行為方式也會不斷發(fā)生變化,這對老年公寓空間設(shè)計的適老性和可變性提出了更高的要求。目前我國建有一定數(shù)量的老年公寓,但在建筑功能和規(guī)劃設(shè)計上尚未形成系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn),缺少對既有建筑改造為老年公寓項目中有關(guān)居住單元精細化設(shè)計的深入研究。論文將對自理型、介助型、介護型老人的行為特點和空間需求進行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上梳理出老年人行為在空間需求方面存在的隨時間變化的差異性,嘗試提出解決空間可變的實現(xiàn)手段。通過對老年公寓居住單元的精細化設(shè)計,得到在面積不變的情況下兼顧了多樣化空間需求的居住單元一室套型平面布置。論文最后結(jié)合深圳海濤酒店的老年公寓改造項目,將居住單元的精細化設(shè)計和可變空間實現(xiàn)手段加以應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With our country entering an aging society, the number of the elderly population is increasing rapidly and the traditional concept of the aged at home has changed, the elderly apartment has become an important supplement and strengthening of the traditional family pension model. The apartment for the elderly can provide the elderly with independent living units, equipped with living services and nursing systems that meet the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, and enable the elderly to enjoy the community service facilities around them, thus avoiding the disconnection between the elderly and the society. However, in the process of gradually aging, the behavior of people will change constantly, which puts forward higher requirements for the aging and variability of the space design of the old apartment. At present, there are a certain number of apartments for the aged in our country, but no systematic design standards have been formed in terms of architectural functions and planning and design, and there is a lack of in-depth research on the detailed design of residential units in the project of transforming the existing buildings into the apartments for the aged. This paper will analyze the behavior characteristics and spatial needs of self-care, assisted, and sheltered elderly, and on this basis, sort out the difference of the elderly behavior with time in terms of spatial needs. This paper tries to put forward a method to solve the problem of variable space. Based on the detailed design of the residential unit of the old apartment, the one-room layout of the apartment is obtained, which takes into account the diverse space requirements in the case of the same area. In the last part of the paper, the detailed design of residence unit and the realization of variable space are applied in combination with the renovation project of the old apartment of Haitao Hotel in Shenzhen.
