【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間越來越受到人們的重視。其除需滿足基本的排泄需求,更需考慮使用者的心理感受。依據(jù)醫(yī)院的使用后評(píng)價(jià)研究,即便在對(duì)其研究較深入的日本,衛(wèi)生間同樣是醫(yī)院內(nèi)最希望被整改的場(chǎng)所。目前國(guó)內(nèi)衛(wèi)生間研究以私人住宅為主,對(duì)醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間的關(guān)注較少,針對(duì)性研究幾乎處于空白狀態(tài)。日本作為我國(guó)的近鄰,其研究起步早,持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng),研究較深入,對(duì)其做法進(jìn)行分析與思考對(duì)我國(guó)的醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)有一定的價(jià)值。筆者將日本近年對(duì)醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間的研究資料,國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間相關(guān)規(guī)范、圖集進(jìn)行整理、歸納；將國(guó)內(nèi)不同類型醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間規(guī)范,中日兩國(guó)綜合醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間做法進(jìn)行比較研究,同時(shí)通過對(duì)鼓樓醫(yī)院的實(shí)地調(diào)研進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。本研究的成果：嘗試提出了應(yīng)對(duì)中國(guó)不同等級(jí)醫(yī)院的兩種衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本研究的意義在于對(duì)醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探索,整合中日相關(guān)規(guī)范與做法,力圖為國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生間的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供參考資料。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, people pay more and more attention to hospital toilet. In addition to meeting the basic excretion needs, it also needs to consider the psychological feelings of the users. According to the post-use evaluation of hospitals, even in Japan, where the study is more in-depth, the toilet is also the most desired place in the hospital to be rectified. At present, the domestic toilet research is mainly private residence, the attention to hospital toilet is less, and the targeted research is almost blank. As a close neighbor of our country, Japan's research started early and lasted for a long time. The analysis and thinking of its practice has certain value for the design of hospital toilet in our country. The author collates and summarizes the research data of hospital toilet in Japan in recent years, the relevant norms and atlases of domestic hospital toilet, compares the toilet standards of different types of hospitals in China and Japan, and makes a comparative study on the toilet practice of Chinese and Japanese general hospitals. At the same time through the Gulou Hospital field research empirical research. The results of this study: try to put forward two toilet design standards for different hospitals in China. The significance of this study is to explore the design of hospital toilet, integrate the relevant norms and practices of China and Japan, and try to provide reference for the optimization design of hospital toilet in China.
