【摘要】：目前中國建筑行業(yè)已形成一定的規(guī)模,進度控制也引起眾多企業(yè)管理者和項目經(jīng)理的重視,建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展方向已經(jīng)從外部管理轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)部管理,通過有效的管理提高企業(yè)競爭力。建筑工程項目管理是我國工程建設施工中的一個重要因素,成本、進度、質(zhì)量三要素是項目管理中貫穿施工全過程的要素,是項目能否順利完成、企業(yè)能否盈利的關鍵點。而現(xiàn)代項目管理要求成本更低、周期更短、準時完工率更高。本文針對建筑施工項目的進度管理研究,通過對煙臺牟平育英藝術中學綜合教學樓建設項目全程監(jiān)控,在工程施工的實踐過程中,隨著工程的進展,針對內(nèi)外因素的影響工程進度不斷發(fā)生的各種各樣的變化,及時將實際進度和計劃進度產(chǎn)生偏差予以糾正,降低或規(guī)避工程延誤,減少工程因進度延誤而帶來的損失,進而實現(xiàn)工程進度目標。論文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外進度管理研究情況,然后對項目進度管理的基本理論與方法進行了概述,接著對育英藝術中學綜合教學樓建設項目基本建設情況進行了介紹。在此基礎上,應用WBS工作任務分解法和甘特圖法對育英藝術中學綜合教學樓建設項目展開進度計劃編制。隨著工期的進程,運用關鍵路徑法和資源需用量的相關理論方法對綜合教學樓工期及資源進行了有效的工期優(yōu)化和資源優(yōu)化。并采用事前、事中、事后的全過程控制方法及定期觀測法分析了項目實際進程之中影響進度的因素,具體問題,具體分析,找出造成進度偏差的主要原因,然后及時的根據(jù)實際情況對進度進行調(diào)整,保證項目的順利實施。最后根據(jù)查出偏差的原因提出了相關項目建設的工期保證和人員保證措施。煙臺牟平育英藝術中學綜合教學樓建設項目是以項目及項目管理為基礎,將理論與實踐進行有機結(jié)合,本文編制了可行的育英藝術中學綜合教學樓項目進度計劃,有效地利用時間、技術和人力進行了項目進度分析與控制,順利完成項目建設進行中的各項任務,為相關單位在今后開展建設項目時提供了一定的理論支持。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction industry in China has formed a certain scale, progress control has also attracted the attention of many enterprise managers and project managers, the development direction of construction enterprises has shifted from external management to internal management, through effective management to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Construction project management is an important factor in the construction construction of our country. Cost, schedule and quality are the key factors that run through the whole construction process of the project management, and are the key points of whether the project can be completed smoothly and whether the enterprise can make profits.Modern project management requires lower cost, shorter cycle and higher completion rate on time.This article aims at the progress management research of the construction project, through monitoring the whole course of the construction project of the comprehensive teaching building of Yuying Art Middle School in Yantai Muping, with the progress of the project in the practical process of the project construction,In view of all kinds of changes which occur continuously because of the influence of internal and external factors on the progress of the project, the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress should be corrected in time to reduce or avoid the delay of the project, and reduce the loss caused by the delay of the project.And then realize the project progress goal.This paper first introduces the research situation of progress management at home and abroad, then summarizes the basic theory and method of project schedule management, and then introduces the basic construction of the comprehensive teaching building of Yuying Art Middle School.On this basis, the WBS task decomposition method and the Gantu method are used to compile the progress plan of the comprehensive teaching building project of Yuying Art Middle School.With the progress of the construction period, the critical path method and the related theoretical method of resource requirement are used to optimize the duration and resources of the comprehensive teaching building effectively.The paper also analyzes the factors that affect the progress of the project, the specific problems, the specific problems, the concrete analysis, and finds out the main reasons for the deviation of schedule by using the methods of whole process control and regular observation in advance, after the event and after the event, and analyzing the factors affecting the progress in the actual process of the project.Then timely according to the actual situation to adjust the progress to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Finally, according to the reasons of finding out the deviation, the paper puts forward the time guarantee and personnel guarantee measures of the related project construction.The construction project of Yuying Art Middle School Comprehensive Teaching Building in Yantai Muping is based on project and project management, combining theory with practice organically. This paper has worked out a feasible project schedule of Yuying Art Middle School Comprehensive Teaching Building.Effective use of time, technology and manpower to analyze and control the progress of the project, successfully completed the ongoing tasks of the project, for the relevant units to carry out the construction project in the future to provide a certain theoretical support.
