供暖鍋爐控制系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)北方城市冬季供暖大多使用燃煤熱水鍋爐,由于控制設(shè)備老化陳舊,環(huán)保措施不完善,操作方法落后等原因致使鍋爐運(yùn)行效率低,能源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重,污染物排放不達(dá)標(biāo),違背了鍋爐運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效、對(duì)環(huán)境污染少的宗旨。最新研究表明,空氣中PM2.5升高的主要原因是煤燃燒造成的。隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步及國(guó)民生活質(zhì)量提高,人們對(duì)生活環(huán)境質(zhì)量的關(guān)注度越來(lái)越高,對(duì)城市冬季供暖節(jié)能減排的現(xiàn)狀越來(lái)越重視。因此,如何提高供暖鍋爐自動(dòng)化操作水平,對(duì)于改善居民供暖現(xiàn)狀意義重大。論文基于遼寧科技大學(xué)供暖熱負(fù)荷大小、性質(zhì)及分布狀況,建立校園及周邊建筑物的采暖節(jié)能控制體系,設(shè)計(jì)了鍋爐、各泵站、換熱站、一次管網(wǎng)、二次管網(wǎng)以及控制站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),完善了控制系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)管與控制。用協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換器PD1244實(shí)現(xiàn)各用戶節(jié)點(diǎn)溫度測(cè)量及信號(hào)的局域網(wǎng)傳輸。課題側(cè)重一次管網(wǎng)的控制,建立一次管網(wǎng)供、回水溫度與室外溫度關(guān)系的模型,通過(guò)提前1個(gè)小時(shí)掌握室外溫度的變化,給出一次供、回水溫度。同時(shí)根據(jù)不同時(shí)間各樓宇之間對(duì)供熱量需求的不同采取分時(shí)、分區(qū)控制。選取高配置的計(jì)算機(jī)作為上位機(jī),利用MCGS組態(tài)軟件呈現(xiàn)逼真的人機(jī)界面,完成對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的顯示,歷史數(shù)據(jù)的查詢,報(bào)警信息提示以及報(bào)表打印等功能。系統(tǒng)的下位機(jī)采用PLC控制可以實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)的響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的變化,針對(duì)四臺(tái)鍋爐及換熱站設(shè)計(jì)了控制程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)爐膛溫度,排煙溫度,鍋爐出水溫度,回水溫度,出水流量,回水流量,鍋爐內(nèi)壓力,換熱站出水溫度,回水溫度,出水流量,回水流量,除渣系統(tǒng)的控制以及鍋爐內(nèi)壓力報(bào)警,爐膛壓力報(bào)警,一次管網(wǎng),二次管網(wǎng)供水泄漏報(bào)警。真正實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制,減少工作人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)燃燒。
[Abstract]:Coal-fired hot water boilers are mostly used for heating in winter in northern cities of China. Due to aging old control equipment, imperfect environmental protection measures and backward operation methods, boiler operation efficiency is low, energy waste is serious, pollutant emission is not up to standard.Contrary to the boiler operation of economic, efficient, less pollution to the purpose of the environment.New research shows that coal combustion is the main reason for the increase of PM2.5 in air.With the progress of society and the improvement of the quality of life, people pay more and more attention to the quality of living environment, and pay more and more attention to the current situation of energy saving and emission reduction of urban heating in winter.Therefore, how to improve the automatic operation level of heating boiler is of great significance to improve the heating status of residents.Based on the size, nature and distribution of heating load in Liaoning University of Science and Technology, the paper establishes the heating and energy saving control system of campus and surrounding buildings, designs boilers, pump stations, heat exchange stations and primary pipe networks.The monitoring system of secondary pipe network and control station improves the supervision and control of the control system.The protocol converter PD1244 is used to realize the temperature measurement of each user node and the local area network transmission of the signal.This paper focuses on the control of the primary pipe network, and establishes the model of the relationship between the water temperature of the primary pipe network and the return water temperature. By mastering the change of the outdoor temperature one hour in advance, the temperature of the primary supply and the return water is given.At the same time, according to the different time of different buildings for different heat supply requirements, time-sharing, zoning control.The high configuration computer is selected as the upper computer, and the MCGS configuration software is used to display the real time data, query the historical data, alert information and print the report.The lower computer of the system can respond to the change of the system in real time and dynamically by using PLC control. The control program is designed for four boilers and heat exchange stations. The furnace temperature, exhaust gas temperature, boiler outlet temperature, backwater temperature and outlet water flow are realized.Return water flow, boiler internal pressure, heat transfer station effluent temperature, backwater temperature, outlet water flow, backwater flow, slag removal system control, boiler pressure alarm, furnace pressure alarm, primary pipe network, secondary pipe network water leakage alarm.Real automatic control, reduce the labor intensity of staff, improve work efficiency, achieve economic combustion.
