【摘要】:順德綠地商業(yè)中心項(xiàng)目5#樓總高度229.6m,采用了框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況并確定了抗震性能目標(biāo),采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性、中震等效彈性計(jì)算及大震下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析及轉(zhuǎn)換桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)的有限元分析。以上分析可保證結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)先設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The total height of the building in Shunde Green Space Commercial Center project is 229.6 m, and the frame-core tube structure system is adopted. The out-of-limit situation of the structure is analyzed and the target of seismic performance is determined. The aseismic design method based on performance is adopted to carry out the small earthquake elasticity of the structure. The equivalent elastic calculation of moderate earthquake, the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under large earthquakes and the finite element analysis of the transition truss joints can ensure that the pre-set seismic performance objectives of the structure can be achieved.
