【摘要】：近年來,隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平的提高,建筑行業(yè)的地位和作用越來越突出。“百年大計,質(zhì)量第一!”建筑工程的質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到人民群眾的生命財產(chǎn)安全,然而目前一些建筑工程,特別是居民住宅樓質(zhì)量問題非常嚴(yán)重。本文以中海文昌湖住宅區(qū)工程項目為例,對工程的質(zhì)量管理問題進(jìn)行了研究。首先介紹了本文的研究背景、目的和意義,分析了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了本文的研究思路、研究方法和技術(shù)路線。其次簡要介紹了工程項目概況,項目質(zhì)量管理的總要求,項目質(zhì)量管理的總目標(biāo)和特點,主要分析了加強(qiáng)項目質(zhì)量管理的必要性。接著,文章介紹了中海文昌湖工程項目質(zhì)量計劃的編制,分析了質(zhì)量計劃編制的依據(jù),質(zhì)量水平的影響因素,然后從施工準(zhǔn)備階段、現(xiàn)場施工階段和竣工驗收階段分別制定了質(zhì)量計劃,包含了人、機(jī)、物、環(huán)、法五個方面的具體計劃內(nèi)容。第四,從組織、制度、安全、季節(jié)、技術(shù)和外部環(huán)境六個方面分別提出了保證措施,構(gòu)建了全方位質(zhì)量管理保障格局,使中海文昌湖工程項目質(zhì)量管理框架的運用得以實現(xiàn)。最后,主要介紹了中海文昌湖住宅區(qū)工程項目質(zhì)量控制體系的構(gòu)建,包括質(zhì)量控制體系的設(shè)置及運轉(zhuǎn)的保證,然后從施工準(zhǔn)備階段、現(xiàn)場施工中、竣工驗收階段三個階段分別構(gòu)建了質(zhì)量控制體系。通過對中海文昌湖住宅區(qū)工程項目質(zhì)量管理問題進(jìn)行研究,得知一個工程項目的質(zhì)量管理主要包括質(zhì)量計劃、質(zhì)量保證和質(zhì)量控制三個部分,而每個部分又主要是從施工準(zhǔn)備、現(xiàn)場施工和工程竣工驗收三個階段進(jìn)行分析,其中,施工準(zhǔn)備階段是基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)場施工階段是重中之重,竣工驗收階段是彌補(bǔ),是保證工程質(zhì)量的最后一道屏障�？傊�,在該項目的整個建設(shè)過程中,只有貫徹全面質(zhì)量管理,做好質(zhì)量控制,才能保證工程質(zhì)量的目標(biāo)得以實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the position and function of construction industry is more and more prominent. "the quality of construction works is directly related to the safety of people's lives and property. However, at present, some construction projects, especially residential buildings, have very serious quality problems. This paper takes the project of Zhonghai Wenchang Lake residential area as an example. The research background, purpose and significance of this paper are introduced, the present research situation at home and abroad is analyzed, and the research ideas of this paper are put forward. Secondly, it briefly introduces the general situation of the project, the general requirements of the project quality management, the general objectives and characteristics of the project quality management, and mainly analyzes the necessity of strengthening the project quality management. This paper introduces the compilation of quality plan of Zhonghai Wenchang Lake project, analyzes the basis of quality plan formulation and the influencing factors of quality level, and then from the stage of construction preparation, The site construction stage and the completion and acceptance stage have worked out the quality plan separately, including the specific planning contents of human, machine, material, ring and law. Fourth, from the organization, the system, the safety, the season, Six aspects of technology and external environment are put forward respectively, and the overall quality management pattern is constructed, so that the application of quality management framework of Zhonghai Wenchang Lake project can be realized. Finally, This paper mainly introduces the construction of quality control system of Zhonghai Wenchang Lake residential area project, including the setting of quality control system and the guarantee of operation, and then from the stage of construction preparation, during the field construction, The quality control system is constructed in the three stages of the completion and acceptance stage. Through the research on the quality management of the project in Zhonghai Wenchang Lake residential area, it is known that the quality management of a project mainly includes quality planning. Quality assurance and quality control are three parts, and each part is mainly analyzed from the three stages of construction preparation, site construction and project completion acceptance. Among them, the construction preparation stage is the foundation, and the site construction stage is the most important. The stage of completion and acceptance is the last barrier to guarantee the quality of the project. In short, in the whole construction process of the project, only by carrying out the total quality management and doing the quality control well, can the goal of the quality of the project be realized.
