既有民用建筑節(jié)能改造節(jié)能量計(jì)算與核定方法優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)當(dāng)前既有民用建筑節(jié)能改造節(jié)能量計(jì)算與核定方法尚不完善的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)剖析影響能耗的因素和節(jié)能量計(jì)算的基本原理,發(fā)現(xiàn)利用能耗賬單和天氣參數(shù)等獨(dú)立變量的函數(shù)關(guān)系構(gòu)建回歸模型即可方便地計(jì)算節(jié)能量.經(jīng)實(shí)證研究得知,民用建筑能耗受室外干濕球溫度、日照時(shí)間等獨(dú)立變量影響大,受入住率等獨(dú)立變量影響較小,由此提出了"追蹤變量"的概念,用以探索能耗變動(dòng)的原因及路徑,對(duì)于制定節(jié)能改造方案及推廣分戶計(jì)量等都具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義;節(jié)能計(jì)量的周期越長(zhǎng)節(jié)能量累計(jì)誤差越小,很適于合同能源管理這種按年計(jì)量的節(jié)能改造模式.
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation that the energy saving calculation and approval method of existing civil buildings are not perfect, the factors affecting energy consumption and the basic principle of energy saving calculation are analyzed. It is found that the energy saving can be easily calculated by using the functional relations of independent variables such as energy consumption bill and weather parameters. The empirical study shows that the energy consumption of civil buildings is greatly affected by independent variables such as outdoor dry and wet bulb temperature, sunshine time and so on. The concept of "tracking variable" is put forward to explore the cause and path of energy consumption change, which is of practical significance for the establishment of energy-saving transformation scheme and the popularization of household metering etc, because it is less affected by independent variables such as occupancy rate and other independent variables, so the concept of "tracking variable" is put forward to explore the cause and path of energy consumption change. The longer the cycle of energy saving measurement, the smaller the accumulative error of energy saving, which is suitable for the annual energy saving transformation mode of contract energy management.
