【摘要】：生活性街道空間是老年人日常生活出行聯(lián)系最為密切的場所,作為城市公共空間的重要組成部分,是老年人享受日常休閑生活不可或缺的重要場地。老年人是城市居民中相對特殊的群體,在生理上跟常人有較為明顯的差異。近些年隨著我國老年人比重不斷增加,老年人的生活水平和生活環(huán)境質(zhì)量越來越受到社會的關(guān)注,更多的社會呼吁要讓老年人受到跟普通人群一樣均等、公平的出行機(jī)會及良好的出行品質(zhì)。老年人由于自身的生理特征對生活性街道空間有著相對特殊的需求,生理上的衰竭以及心理的特殊性使得目前生活性街道空間現(xiàn)有的功能和存在的問題還不能完全滿足他們對于街道空間的使用,因此如何解決與老年人需求相適應(yīng)的,成為高質(zhì)量的生活性街道空間應(yīng)該是我們關(guān)注的重要課題。在這樣的背景下,在對老年人及生活性街道空間相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以深圳南山區(qū)生活性街道空間為研究對象,依據(jù)選取原則從南山區(qū)街道中選取26條生活性街道進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場研究及調(diào)查。根據(jù)調(diào)查及訪談總結(jié)南山區(qū)老年人的社會人口特征及日常出行特征,同時分別從街道空間安全性、便利性及舒適性三個方面對街道空間問題進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。其中街道空間安全性問題主要包括交通安全、活動安全和防衛(wèi)安全問題,便利性問題主要包括出行便利和使用便利問題,舒適性問題主要包括服務(wù)設(shè)施使用舒適性、綠化環(huán)境舒適性及衛(wèi)生環(huán)境舒適性問題,分別對老年人產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。結(jié)合街道現(xiàn)存問題并借鑒相關(guān)國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗,提出適宜南山區(qū)生活性街道空間的優(yōu)化策略,分別從安全性、便利性,舒適性三個層面有針對性的提出了適宜的對策。能夠為今后學(xué)者的研究提供參考價值,并對南山區(qū)適老化道路建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Living street space is the most closely related place of daily life of the elderly, as an important part of urban public space. It is an indispensable and important place for the elderly to enjoy their daily leisure life. The elderly are a relatively special group of urban residents and have obvious physiological differences with the ordinary people. In recent years, with the increasing proportion of the elderly in our country, The standard of living and the quality of living environment of the elderly are receiving more and more attention from the society. More and more society calls for the elderly to be treated as equal as the general population. Fair travel opportunities and good travel quality. Because of their own physiological characteristics, the elderly have relatively special needs for living street space. Because of the physiological exhaustion and the particularity of psychology, the existing function and existing problems of living street space can not fully satisfy their use of street space, so how to solve the problem of adapting to the needs of the elderly? To become a high quality living street space should be an important subject that we pay close attention to. Under this background, on the basis of the research on the related theory of the elderly and living street space, we take the living street space in Nanshan District of Shenzhen as the research object. According to the principle of selection, 26 living streets were selected from the streets of Nanshan District for field research and investigation. The social-demographic characteristics and daily travel characteristics of the elderly in Nanshan District were summarized according to the investigation and interviews, and the safety of street space was also analyzed. Convenience and comfort are analyzed and summarized in three aspects. Among them, street space security includes traffic safety, activity safety and defense safety. Convenience problems mainly include travel convenience and use convenience. Comfort problems mainly include service facilities use comfort, greening environment comfort and sanitary environment comfort. By analyzing and summarizing the influence of the elderly, combining with the existing street problems and drawing lessons from the relevant experience at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the optimization strategy for the living street space in Nanshan area, respectively, from the aspects of safety, convenience, etc. The three levels of comfort have put forward appropriate countermeasures, which can provide reference value for the future research of scholars, and provide certain reference for the road construction of suitable aging in Nanshan area.
