【摘要】：快節(jié)奏的城市生活將人們長期置于煩躁與焦慮之中,城市中的生活環(huán)境也悄然無息的日漸惡化,人們的身心健康被蒙上一層陰影。人們越來越希望能夠遠離都市的喧鬧、走進自然、親近自然,休閑農(nóng)場日趨成為了人們旅游勝地的首要選擇。休閑農(nóng)場的快速興起及發(fā)展,引起了其景觀的相互模仿。在東北寒冷地區(qū),休閑農(nóng)場不但受到地域氣候條件的影響,其景觀規(guī)劃研究滯后;而且還受到其他地區(qū)文化的影響,其景觀規(guī)劃缺乏新意與特色。因此,將寒冷地區(qū)的地域特色與休閑農(nóng)場的景觀規(guī)劃充分融合,這對于寒地生態(tài)環(huán)境的平衡、旅游經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和城市形象的整體化提升具有重要的意義。本文將寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀作為研究目標(biāo),在查閱大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,提出寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀的規(guī)劃策略體系。通過指導(dǎo)張家灣休閑農(nóng)場景觀的建設(shè),將理論帶入實踐。本文的主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)論如下:(1)通過對休閑農(nóng)場、寒地特色景觀概念的分析,明確了寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀的概念,并對寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀要素進行深度解讀,歸納了寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀的特征,強調(diào)了寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀的功能。(2)通過對寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀的主題定位和功能定位,增加對寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀內(nèi)涵更為深入的認識。(3)提出寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀規(guī)劃原則:尊重自然環(huán)境、融合寒地文化、體現(xiàn)以人為本、營造多樣氛圍。依據(jù)原則及規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用方式,為后續(xù)寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀規(guī)劃策略體系打好基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、環(huán)城游憩帶、農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)位以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展等理論,建立寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀規(guī)劃理論的框架。(4)總結(jié)出適合寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀的規(guī)劃策略,從總體布局、功能分區(qū)、景點規(guī)劃、景觀要素專項規(guī)劃等方面進行詳細論述,并提出具體應(yīng)用操作要點。(5)以張家灣休閑農(nóng)場景觀規(guī)劃為例。在寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀規(guī)劃策略體系的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實地調(diào)研、分析,提出項目的景觀定位,并進行具體規(guī)劃。通過理論結(jié)合實踐,驗證寒地特色休閑農(nóng)場景觀規(guī)劃策略的可行性。
[Abstract]:The fast-paced city life has put people into agitation and anxiety for a long time, and the living environment in the city is also quietly worsening. People's physical and mental health is cast a shadow. More and more people want to be able to stay away from the noise of the city, into the nature, close to nature. Leisure farms have increasingly become the primary choice of people's tourist resorts. The rapid rise and development of leisure farms has caused the mutual imitation of their landscape. In the cold region of Northeast China. Leisure farm is not only affected by regional climate conditions, but also lags behind in landscape planning. But also by the influence of other regional culture, its landscape planning is lack of new ideas and characteristics. Therefore, the cold region of the regional characteristics and leisure farm landscape planning is fully integrated, this balance for the cold ecological environment. The development of tourism economy and the overall promotion of the city image have important significance. This paper takes the cold region characteristic leisure farm landscape as the research goal, on the basis of consulting a large number of documents. Through guiding the construction of Zhangjiawan leisure farm landscape, bring the theory into practice. The main content and conclusion of this paper are as follows: 1) through the leisure farm. This paper analyzes the concept of characteristic landscape of cold region, clarifies the concept of leisure farm landscape with characteristics of cold region, and makes a deep interpretation of the landscape elements of characteristic leisure farm in cold region, and sums up the characteristics of landscape of leisure farm with characteristics of cold region. This paper emphasizes the function of the special leisure farm landscape in the cold region through the theme orientation and function orientation of the leisure farm landscape with the cold region characteristic. Add a more in-depth understanding of the connotation of the cold characteristic leisure farm landscape. 3) put forward the cold characteristic leisure farm landscape planning principles: respect for the natural environment, the integration of cold culture, reflect people-oriented. According to the principle and the application way in the planning, lay a good foundation for the landscape planning strategy system of the following cold region characteristic leisure farm. According to the landscape ecology, the recreation belt around the city. Agricultural location and sustainable development theory, the establishment of cold characteristic leisure farm landscape planning theory framework. 4) summed up suitable for cold characteristic leisure farm landscape planning strategy, from the overall layout, functional zoning. Scenic spot planning, landscape elements special planning and other aspects are discussed in detail. And puts forward the concrete application operation essentials. (5) take Zhangjiawan leisure farm landscape planning as an example. Based on the cold region characteristic leisure farm landscape planning strategy system, through the field investigation, the analysis. This paper puts forward the landscape orientation of the project, and carries on the concrete plan, through the theory unifies the practice, verifies the cold region characteristic leisure farm landscape planning strategy feasibility.
